Great Experience

I don't know that I have a lot to add after reading the glowing reviews below. The LA area is so vast that there is no ideal area to stay in, it depends on what you're doing while you're there. But this Hollywood Hills guest house is a great base for those who want to be in the Hollywood/Burbank area. And let's face it, how many opportunities will you get to stay above Mulholland Drive and the views that come with it? Universal Studios, Hollywood, the La Brea tar pits/museum district, Griffith Park, and NBC Studios are all literally minutes away; Beverly Hills and the beaches aren't much further.
The house itself is well appointed, private, and quiet. Our family of 4 (two teens) fit nicely. It's great having a house to come back to at the end of a busy day instead of a hotel; especially since it has conveniences a hotel doesn't - kitchen, washer/dryer, free parking, DirecTV, and a HUGE DVD collection. Nearby Runyon Canyon is great place to get some exercise walking the trails with great views. And Frances was great to work with and talk to.
The house gets "two thumbs up" from me.
