Newly purchased penthouse suite:Our spacious Penthouse suite at Signature MGM Grand offer panoramic view of the strip including the newly built City Center. The Penthouse suite has been customized with granite, marble and stainless steel kitchen appliances, luxury linens, towels, Jacuzzi bathtub, bathroom amenities, flat screen plasma TVs, DVD/CD player, private balcony and 10ft ceiling. The strip view on our private balcony is breath taking. At our Signature MGM Grand Penthouse suite the guests needs have been given top priority at all times. The Signature at MGM Grand is more than a Las Vegas luxury hotel. From the private gated entrance and 24-hour Concierge services to the gourmet in-suite dining and private balconies, you will totally enjoy your relaxation on this high floor luxurious Penthouse Suite (550sq ft) that faces the grand strip view. This elegant suite provides deluxe king beds with exquisite Egyptian cotton sheets, 2 flat screen TVs, free WiFi Internet access, Ipod

Rental Process : We are new owners of the Signature MGM penthouse suite (purchased July 2010). We purchase the unit because we enjoy staying at the Signature MGM and love Las Vegas very much. The Signature property is one of our seven Vacation rental properties. Our business model is to provide high end vacation accommodation to our guests at a reasonable discounted rate.

Making reservation with us is very simple.

1. Email us with the dates you prefer. if you are flexible, please let us know. We may provide alternative dates at lower rate.

2. Send reservation request email

3. Review the rental agreement and confirmation. Please feel free to email or call if you have any questions. Send in the deposit or payment as soon as possible. We do have First Come First Serve policy.We accept Paypal, credit card or personal check as payment method.

4. Once we receive all the payment, we will send you the Signature MGM Reservation Confirmation under your name from Signature MGM.

We are new owners of the Signature MGM penthouse suite (purchased July 2010). We purchase the unit because we enjoy staying at the Signature MGM and love Las Vegas very much. The Signature property is one of our seven Vacation rental properties. Our business model is to provide high end vacation accommodation to our guests at a reasonable discounted rate.

Making reservation with us is very simple.

1. Email us with the dates you prefer. if you are flexible, please let us know. We may provide alternative dates at lower rate.

2. Send reservation request email

3. Review the rental agreement and confirmation. Please feel free to email or call if you have any questions. Send in the deposit or payment as soon as possible. We do have First Come First Serve policy.We accept Paypal, credit card or personal check as payment method

4. Once we receive all the payment, we will send you the Reservation Confirmation under your name from Signature MGM.

5. Check in at the front desk on the arrival date and Enjoy!!!

  • Our Penthouse is ''Luxury Junior Penthouse Suite with Strip View, Private Balcony and Jacuzzi'' in Tower 1 which is closest to the MGM Casino. It has an amazing view of the strip including the City Center, New York, Belagio, Monte Carlos etc. from 33rd floor balcony. The penthouse floor's 11 feet high ceiling makes the suite spacious. The bedroom is furnished with deluxe king beds with exquisite Egyptian cotton sheets and feather pillows. Additional pull out queen size sleeping sofa will accommodate extra guests in the penthouse. Guests staying at the Signature at MGM Grand have access to all the MGM Grand's amenities (e.g. the MGM Grand's pool), plus the amenities accessible only to guests staying at the Signature (e.g. the Signature's private pools, lounge, restaurant, Starbucks, and the fitness center) at no additional charge. By renting our unit you pay only a *fraction of the cost* and guaranteed high floor strip view and the balcony. MGM Signature hotel is highly rated.

We loved our stay in this unit. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable beds of any hotel or condo we have stayed in. The unit had everything you would need. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Penthouse made our trip!

My husband & I booked 2 adjoining penthouses for a Vegas trip with our Daughter & Son-in-Law. These Penthouses were just the ticket! I loved that you could close the main foyer doors and leave the 2 room doors open. Perfect situation especially if you're going with another couple.

The units were beautiful and well appointed and the views were great. Loved hanging out on the balcony taking in the excitement 31 floors below.

When travelling, I never book the first room I find. I spent several hours researching options for our Vegas stay. Cindy's Penthouse units were by far the most affordable. I would stay here again without question!

I was on a last minute search for weekend accommodations, and stumbled onto this property. I basically went on the reviews and saw that Cindy's had some very positive feedback. So hard to really get a good hold on everything, as there are so many choices. When we arrived, the front desk was so nice and friendly. Cindy had made arrangements so we could check in a few hours earlier.
The room was meticulous, spacious and very well maintained. The new was incredible. All the skinny mirrors didn't hurt either. I was so impressed with everything. Cindy contacted me immediately after I made my inquiry and we made all of the arrangements over the phone. When my husband and I come back, we won't be staying anywhere else. Its nice and quiet on the floor and far enough from the madness when it was time to rest. What a city. Can't wait to come back. Thank you Cindy.

My husband and I stayed in the tower 3 jr. Penthouse Suite and LOVED it. We get out to Las Vegas a couple of times a year and had never stayed at the Signature before as we typically stayed at Aria, Bellagio, etc. My sister recommended it so we gave it a shot. The service was excellent, Cindy was very easy to work with and quite flexible with price matching and the hotel itself was amazing. We will absolutely stay here again!

I have traveled to Vegas over 30 times for work and pleasure and I've always stayed at a strip hotel casino. As a 37 year old guy, this time I wanted to try something different and I am so glad I did! Cindy was a pleasure to work with and the unit is amazing! It was so nice to have a balcony to enjoy (you don't see many of those in Vegas). The unit was perfect and it was nice to be able to save money and make breakfast. The bed is awesome too and tons of pillows! Very quiet room too! Everyone from the valets to the front desk staff were very friendly. I was amazed how quick they got my car and even offered me a bottle of water each time. The buildings are very clean, upscale and modern! The no smoking policy was great too! This unit exceeded my expectations and I already told her I hope to stay on future trip! Thanks for sharing this amazing place with me and I look forward to many return visits!
