You can't get a hotel room this large WITH A FULL KITCHEN AND WASHER/DRYER for that! Think about it!

This condo home was built in 2005! It’s a second floor (stairs only) condo home and is almost 1000 square feet with two bedrooms and two full baths. Sleeping 4 comfortably and able to accommodate up to 6 easily, it has can lights in the high ceilings. HD TVs in every room! Brightly painted with lighted art niches, the roomy living/dining area is defined by the granite bar that continues as a countertop through the open kitchen. Also, there's a balcony that overlooks the pool with a wonderful distant view of the Gulf. Great bathrooms, a full kitchen, & clothes washer/dryer makes long stays so easy! VERY CLASSY AND, only one block from the beach!
