About Indu Patel

We have been living on Tybee since 1987 and love the beach. Currently, we travel around the world but still call Tybee home.

Indu Patel purchased this condo in 2004
Why Indu Patel chose Tybee Island

We discovered Tybee Island in 1985 and fell in love with this beautiful, serene island. Since then, we have introduced family and friends to Tybee and they love it as much as we do. Tybee Island is small enough to be family-friendly yet close to Savannah for good old-fashioned big city Southern charm.

What makes this condo unique

Our property is a gated community, with family-oriented atmosphere.

The place was magnificant. It presented just as described. Clean, near all activities, really, really nice. My wife and I are looking to book next year's vacation again in this condo.

I would recommmend this to anyone who is looking for a family-friendly, affordbale place to stay while in Tybee Island.

Like I said.... Awesome!

Could not have asked for more. There are 6 of us in our family and this was the perfect place for our vacation. Absolutely no complaints and definitely recommended for any type of get-a-way.

Winter retreat--month of Feb 2011

Our experience at this condo was great. The landlord went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything. The property is described accurately in the listing and being right across a small street from the beach was perfect. Sunsets were perfect from the living room and master bedroom. The condo was homey and comfortable for our month's stay. It is located within walking distance of all major Tybee Island activities. We would definitely stay again at this condo.
