One of the closest homes to the Marco Island beach, you can easily walk to the beach as it is just a block away using the new beach access walkway. This home is in excellent condition and there is plenty of open space to accommodate a large family or two couples with children. The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed with two large closets, its own bathroom with tub/shower, cable TV and more. The two guest bedrooms have their own closets, dressers, cable TV and are set up one with two twin beds and the second with a twin bed with pull out trundle bed. A separate bathroom (tub/shower) is available for these bedrooms. Sleeper couches and portable beds can accommodate additional guests.

All furniture is new and the home is carpeted throughout the living areas. The heated pool and area has reclining chairs, tables, side chairs and a gas grill. Washer and dryer are in place for use as well as bicycles for riding around the island to the many area shops and restaurant

The weather is exceptionally good year round and there is much to do outdoors including walking to the beach (1 block) fishing, boating, jet skis and just watching the spectacular sunsets.

Marco Island is a quiet, upscale area with many fine restaurants and shops within walking distance. The popular Marco Island Marriott Resort & Spa is just a short walk away and is a great place to visit. Fishing near by for the entire family on the beach, at the fishing docks or by charter boat.

The Unique Benefits of this House: The home is in an ideal location for anyone with a family wishing to spend time on the beach, being outside, talking morning or evening walks or just relaxing by the heated pool. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

There are bicycles on site to use to explore the area; there are quiet streets and wide sidewalks all over the island. Use the beach cart, chairs, towels and coolers to enjoy the Gulf beach via the new walk way which is just a block away.

You'll spend alot of time between the private heated pool and the beach and just relaxing.

Transportation: For tranportantion there are several options.

1) Fly into the Ft. Meyers airport (Southwest Regional Airport- RSW) and rent a car for the 45 ride to Marco

Island. Or, take one of the shuttle buses, limo's or private taxi's.

2) Fly into the Miami International airport (MIA) and rent a car for the 90 minute drive to Marco Island.

3) Private plan into the Marco Island airport or nearby (20 minutes) to the Naples airport.

We really liked your home, it was just what we wanted; very open and bright, close to the beach and, with the heated pool, we had everything we were looking for. Marco Island is just a great place to vacation.
