The home is located in the subdividsion 'Hunters Chase' and all of these homes are million-plus dollar homes. The home is professionally decorated and has 3000 square feet airconditioned space with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, library with built-ins, living room, dining room, master bedroom with his and hers walk-in closets, master bath with double walk in shower and jacuzzi roman tub and large kitchen, family room area with breakfast nook overlooking outdoor pool and spa and beautiful golf course views. The outdoor area has 2 separate sitting areas, one for reading & relaxing and the other for dining. Both areas are covered. The pool and spa can be heated.

Wellington has hosted many celebrities, including Prince Charles and many more. The home is located about 15 miles inland from the Atlantic Ocean. Notes: The home was built in 1999 and was professionally decorated. The furniture style is traditional with beautiful furnishings. The master bedroom is decorated with elegant wild silk bed coverings and window coverings. The house has been meticiously maintained and is in excellent condition. In the library, there is a collection of english and german literature. The ceilings in the living/dining/kitchen and family room area are 12 feet and are decorated with stucco and tray ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. It has an oversized fridge with ice-maker and a double oven. The utility room has washer and dryer. The street has homes only on on side of the street so there is alot of privacy. The outdoor area has beautiful golf course views and faces southwest. The home is very sunny and bright. Within the club grounds, one can take wonderful strolls throught the lushly landscaped community and sight many beautiful wild birds and other animals.

Atlantic Ocean: The Town of Palm Beach has a wonderful quiet public beach. It is home to the most multi-millionaires. There are no high rises, only private residences and clubs, e. g. Mar A Lago (owned by Donald Trump) and the world famous Everglades Club. The beach is within walking distance to Worth Avenue and many beautiful shops and restaurants. If you like a more lively atmosphere, there are many other beautiful beaches to choose from. From the home, the beach can be reached in less than a half hour.

Many famous and fun attractions are located within Palm Beach County. The most popular attraction is Lion Country Safari. This is a drive through animal park with lions, elefants, zebras, hippos, giraffes, emus and many more wild animals. Within Lion Country Safari, there is also a walk through park where you can enjoy rides, boat rides, a spray-ground and feeding giraffes. Within a short driving distance you can also view beautiful art at the Norton Museum of Art, visit one of the major founders of the area's home , The Flagler Museum, shop and dine at the beautiful outdoor City Place, visit world class performances at the Kravis Center of the Performing Arts. You can easily go night-clubbing to South Beach in Miami and go people watching, visit the Art Deco District of Miami Beach, go to numerous zoos and museums and go on an airboat ride in the Everglades. visit Indian reservations, go on a casino boat. The Bahamas can easily be reached by boat or plane.
