The Morgan-Marlin cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home that was originally built in Bradenton sometime in the late 1800's and then moved to the historic village of Cortez in 1930.

In 2004 it was purchased for young cousins, Morgan & Marlin. After going through a historic restoration for over a year, the home has been completed to as near it's original look as possible.

Everything in the home is completely new in 2005. Encased in the new walls, however, are the original walls that hold all the secrets, joys & tears of a large and struggling fishing family through the great depression. Great screened porch with rockers and large open sun deck. Sleeps 4.
