This spectacular loft is just one of the 18 apartments we manage in the Poetry Building and possibly it's finest. It measures over 800 square feet. It has a high pitched exposed brick ceiling. Light enters from both the front spacious patio fountain area as well as from the front of the apartment.

It is professionally furnished and decorated with modern elegance alongside charming antique touches. It is fully equipped-flat screen TV, DVD, iPod, iPod stereo dock, & local cell phone.

The bed is a king Beautyrest mattress. There is a loft with TV, couch / extra sleeping area. Additionally from the couch, a queen-sized bed extends from the couch in the living room.

The kitchen has a beautiful granite counter top and antique work bench converted into a bar / sitting area with stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, oven, 4 burner stove and all the accompanying equipment you would have at home.

The Building: The building is firmly rooted in Argentina's history as the former mansion of one of it’s most revered and famous families, Familia Peralta Ramos. The original elegance and charm of the building has been left intact, while we have fashioned the interior to not only meet, but surpass modern demands. Timeless elements such as the original building facade, old patio and grand entrance remain intact. Suites within the building are suited with Phillips flat screen televisions, Phillips DVD players, and stereo systems including iPod's with a full library of music for your enjoyment. Hi-speed WI-FI runs throughout each of the buildings apartments and covers its shared common spaces which include a large open reception area as well as an outdoor terrace with dipping pool, outdoor shower & sun lounge chairs.

Booking and cancellation policy: You can write to us with a reservation form, call us on our U.S. based telephone (415.651.4085), or Skype us at ‘POETRYBUILDING’. We’ll confirm availability to you immediately.

You can reserve your desired dates with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners, or American Express), or by making a 50% deposit via Paypal, or U.S. bank deposit.

We ask for the total rent to be paid upon check in. You can pay in cash OR with credit card / Paypal ,/ U.S. bank deposit plus a 5% surcharge.

Rates quoted are for up to 2 guests. Additional guests (up to 2 more) are $20 each per night. This does not include children under the age of 2.

Beautifully restored building in a charming part of Buenos Aires away from the touristy areas but accessible to wonderful restaurants and the metro. Large spotless apartment, pleasingly decorated in an eclectic contemporary style. All of the staff were quite welcoming and helpful, from Jimena at the front desk to the owner. Our luggage was delayed for two days, and Jimena was instrumental in getting them for us. Her tour and dinner recommendations were excellent. We highly recommend Poetry.

Great Loft, Great Location, Great Host

We enjoyed our stay in this loft from April 25 - May 2/10.
This loft was absolutely what we had hoped for. It was meticulously clean, had all of the emenities we needed, it's location was great. They provided us with a list of great restuarants and thigs to see and do - all of which were extremely helpfull and accurate. After our one week stay, we moved to the Four Seasons in BA for a conference, and although that was an excellent hotel, it certainly felt like we took a step down.
All in all, I highly recommend this facility and this host.
Thanks Brent, you made our trip to BA very enjoyable.

Amazing Recoleta loft

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can't say it enough!!!! 5 STARS!!!

My husband and I recently visited Buenos Aires for 3 weeks and decided to rent an apartment instead of reserving a hotel because of our length of stay. It couldn't have worked out any better.
First of all, the loft in Recoleta was AMAZING. So much style and elegance and in the best neighborhood in BA. We felt so safe and welcomed by everyone. Brent, the owner/management company, was extremely professional and prompt (which is essential when planning a trip from afar) and followed through with every promise. The loft lived up to the pics and far exceeded our expectations. From the charm of the building, uniqueness of the loft and to the roof deck pool, we were highly impressed. Not only was the loft respectfully decorated and extremely clean and well maintained, but it had several amenities I did not expect. For example having a local cell phone to use during our visit, cable w/ many English speaking channels, fully equipped kitchen, daily maid service, cozy living room AND a separate cozy loft area, etc. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived.

And again, the neighborhood is the best that BA has to offer. Very safe and clean, and walking distance to several great historical sights, restaurants, coffee houses, markets, etc. (FYI:You have to try the bakery down the street. We went every day after our first visit. Best baked goods I've ever tasted.)

We also loved that we could leave for a 2-3 day trip throughout our stay without having to check-in/check-out and pack all our belongings. It was so convenient having our own apartment, I can't express that enough.

In other words, everything was perfect!!!! I am highly recommending your place to all my friends and family.

So again, I want to thank Brent and everyone for making our vacation a wonderful experience and leaving us with such fond memories. We wouldn't have changed a thing and will definitely be back....
