This is our third stay in this wonderful cabin and just as the previous times, the cabin was well equipped and very clean. The location is perfect, close to town but far enough away to have peace and quiet. It was cold the week we were there so we made good use of the fireplace. I love being able to take the dogs on vacation with us.The dogs enjoyed getting to run the property. Thanks for keeping the property so nice, even after years of coming here, the house is always in great condition.
We stayed for 2 weeks in this lovely chalet .
The location was perfect , just a few minutes from Murphy but quiet and peaceful .
The chalet was well appointed and very clean .
Our dog loved the stuffed bear , after a few minutes of not ever seeing one before !
We look forward to returning in the fall when the leaves change.
It was very easy working with the owners and feel very thankful we found this rental .
We had stayed in this home another time (2011) and it is still one of the best places we have stayed. We spent a month this year and thoroughtly enjoyed its open design and spacious bedroom with large walk-in closet, two dressers, and king sized bed.. The open porch is so spacious, we always spent part of most days reading, talking or having drinks. The owner provides amenities that are not found in most homes. Extra light bulbs, laundry soap, kitchen cleaning and dry goods were amply supplied. We really appreciate all the thoughtful additions waiting for us which minimized our setup time. The next time we stay in southwestern North Carolina, we will seek out this home first.
We just spent a wonderful week in Murphy and we stayed at this immaculate cabin. It is very clean and the comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. We did not bring our dogs, but I am sure they would have loved the huge yard to run around in. I know my son did.
My family and I spent our spring break in your cabin and had a super time. We love the Murphy area having been there many times. The cabin was secluded but only minutes from town and had a great view. I loved getting up before everyone else with my book and orange juice just to watch the mountains wake up from the porch. Thanks so much for allowing our dachshund to share our vacation with us at your cabin. He loved the walks we took down the lane! Hope to return real soon!
This was our first visit to the chalet and enjoyed everything from the wraparound deck, fireplace, loft master bedroom and relaxful environment. We love the area and visit many times a year. We will be back in June! Louise thank you for everything.
