Each has two queen bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen with table and chairs, living room with two full size sofa beds; sleeping a total of eight guests comfortably. We require a two night stay from Memorial Day through Labor Day, for all weekend rentals; however, we may require a 2 - 3 night minimum stay during holidays and special local events.
