3 bedroom 3.5 baths with 2 living areas and 3 decks on the water.

If you are looking for a true waterfront home that is close to everything Austin has to offer than look no further. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms with two separate living areas. You will be completely relaxed as soon as you walk through our front door and see beautiful Lake Travis right out the back of the house. Each of our bedrooms has its own separate bathroom and door to an outdoor deck. Each bedroom also has its own flat screen TV. We have a wood paneled media room with a 50 inch flat screen and a huge leather sectional sofa. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and hand scraped hardwood floors. Our living room and dinning area are open to the kitchen and outdoor deck, so when you are in these rooms you can see the lake. We have a stainless propane outdoor grill right off the kitchen. If you don't want to cook we have many fine restaurants within a few miles of the home.

Boat Dock: We have a boat dock that you can tie your boat to. It is great for swimming, fishing or just hanging out. When the lake levels fall it not a problem at our home, we always have great water since we are on the main part of the lake.

We are located in Central Texas. Austin is the music capitol of the world and is also the State Capitol. We are on beautiful Lake Travis which is part of the Highland Lakes chain. The lake is approx 60 miles long and is one of the cleanest lakes in the country. We have great fishing and water activities. Lakeway is located about 20 miles west of downtown Austin and has tons of activities to choose from. We are in the wonderful hill country of Central Texas and have some of the most spectacular wild flowers in the spring time. Austin is like no other place in Texas; many say it reminds them of California Coast or parts of Italy and France. If you have not been to this part of the Country then you need to visit, but be careful because many of our visitors don't want to leave.
