Great house!

The house was fabulous for our family. We had 3 young children so the pool being right where we could watch them, was perfect. The bedroom space was the best we have ever had in a house anywhere for a family vacation. Beds comfortable and linens nice for both the beds and the bathrooms.
The only negative was the very uncomfortable living room furniture. The swivel chair was great and we all wished for more like it. The lounge chairs on patio were fine and certainly attractive but some simple un- upholstered lounges might negate concern for keeping them dry.
I also had to wonder why the shower on patio wasn't installed outside. We used the garden house the keep sand from being tracked indoors.
Thomas was extremely helpful and a great person for managing.
We also appreciated immensely having so many beach towels for our stay.
Seal on refrigerator door doesn't seal properly. We had to make sure to push at bottom when closing or it leaked cold. We did pass this on Thomas when we left so probably has been addressed by now.

Owner's Response: Thanks Martha. This is a very new house on the rental market so we appreciate all the feedback on how we can improve. We will make sure the refrigerator door is repaired and do something about the furniture in the living room.
