LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! What makes the Shore of Maui so appealing is its prime location. South Kihei, the south western central part of the Valley Isle, has the least rainfall of anywhere on Maui.
Incredible GARDEN LEVEL OCEAN VIEW suite located directly across from Cove Park Bay. From the pool and most of the makai side, (oceanside), you have a MILLION DOLLAR UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW of the neighboring Islands of Kaho'olawe, Molokini, and Lana'i. Directly in front is Cove Park the premier surfing and paddle boarding area of Kihei. Adjoining Cove Park to the north is Kalama Park, a large ocean front park (about 4 blocks long) that has expansive grass areas, BBQ's, play ground, roller skating rink, skate park, tennis courts and much more. Take surf board or paddle board lessons within 2 blocks. Just south of Cove Park is Charlie Young Park and Kamaole Beach I, II, and III. Fully tiled pool and jacuzzi adjoin a 22 ft. covered tiled eating area, three gas BBQs and the tennis court, all within 100 ft of the Pacific Ocean.

Our condo air conditioning has been upgraded with an ULTRA QUIET SPLIT AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM PROVIDING INDEPENDENT REMOTE CONTROLLED A/C IN BOTH THE LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM. Other upgrades are: 18' floor tile diagonal pattern throughout, expanded kitchen and new counter tops, new thermopane lanai door and bedroom windows and frames, which when closed, keeps more heat out and the coolness in. Living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath all have ceiling fans. New oak front door with key-less coded entry and locking security screen door. Flat screen HD TV's (46' in the living room and 24' in the bedroom) and free private and secure wireless internet in our unit. New (2013) living room furniture. New (2012) fully tiled shower with bamboo glass enclosure. Our parking lot was completely repaved October of 2014. Park right in front with direct access to the condo.
There are NO STAIRS to encounter and the entry to the pool area is ramped for wheelchair access.
We manage our own condo and our housekeeping staff is second to none. #122 is always fresh and clean for arriving guests. NO EXTRA CLEANING FEES.
We continue to make improvements, as this is our second home, not just a rental unit. We take pride in paying attention to details, having your comfort and satisfaction in mind. We are positive that you will not be disappointed and that you will want to return year after year to enjoy a great vacation in Paradise.

This is the third unit at the Shores of Maui that we have owned and remodeled over the past 19 years.
David and Kate McKibben purchased this condo in 2003
Shores of Maui enjoys a completely unobstructed view of the ocean and 3 adjoining islands. Watch the surfers, paddle boarders, Hawaiian outrigger canoes, humpback whales (seasonal Nov-April) from our lanai, the tennis court or the pool area. The two small beaches directly in front of us have come back over the past several years.
Our housekeeper is the best. #122 is always sparkling clean and fresh for your arrival. NO EXTRA CLEANING CHARGE
Shores of Maui is a 5 minute walk to a major grocery store, restaurants, and shops. The south end of Cove Park is just 100 feet from our property with two small sandy beaches. We are a small 50 unit complex and people return often to enjoy the friendly atmosphere. Join owners and guests poolside at 5:00 PM each Thursday at the PuPu party.
