This spacious 1860 sq. ft. condo is accessible by the building elevator and boast 10'9' ceilings, hardwood floors and fireplace and is fully furnished. There is a small balcony with views to the river and beautiful downtown Savannah. The kitchen is fully outfitted including beautiful custom cabinetry, granite countertops and top of the line appliances. There are two bedroom suites, each has a new Queen sized bed with bed side tables, guest chair and dresser with mirror. There are two full baths and a powder room for your guests. There is a jet tub and stand up glass showers to enhance the relaxation of your stay. All bedding and linens are included. The setup provides a sense of comfort with all the amenities of home. Our rates are compariable to a hotel but we offer more space, luxury, and privacy. The unit comes with one free parking and once you are parked you will find the unit is perfectly located and that most if not all of your destinations are within walking distance.

Girls trip to Savanna was enhanced by our stay at this rental. Exceedingly nice accommodation, right in the middle of all the action. I would not suggest anyone sleep on sofa sleeper, but a queen blow up mattress found in a closet with bedding was very comfortable. I have rented multiple vacation rentals and never sent a check to an individual to pay for rental until this property. It made me a bit nervous, but was not a problem. Kiel was very helpful and we had no problems with the transaction. A lovely rental. I would suggest it to my family and friends.
We loved our stay in Savannah and loved this condo. The pictures of the condo absolutely reflect how it actually looks. This is not always the case. Most importantly, the condo is spotlessly clean. The kitchen has all updated appliances and also has all of the essential cooking utensils. Very well equipped. The location is ideal. Almost everything is within walking distance from the property. The unloading of luggage and finding the reserved parking space in the parking garage is somewhat difficult. The owner is very good at explaining this but it still is confusing. The parking spot numbers are very difficult to see because they are not clean. However, once you know where the spot is, it is very convenient to the condo. We have already recommended this property to friends and they have booked a stay. We would highly recommend a stay in this condo if you want a nice, clean and conveniently located property in Savannah.
This was the perfect place to stay in Savannah. Everything was so convenient. The accommodations were excellent. There were four of us (all women) so the 2 1/2 bathrooms was a big plus. It was very well equipped and clean. I felt the security was great and with all women this was important. I will definitely recommend this place to others that I know are going to Savannah. Lessor was very easy to work with.
This condo is beautiful, spacious and close to everything. The views are great. We were in town for our son's wedding at 10 Downing @ Chuchills Pub and the location could not have been better. The included parking spot is a bonus. We have stayed here before and will stay here every time we are in Savannah!
This unit met all of our needs for the weekend. We were there for a wedding over this past weekend and could not have been more pleased with our stay! The unit is very spacious and also conveniently located. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone that I knew that would be visiting Savannah in the hear future.
We (two couples each with a teen son) stayed in this property over a long weekend recently. For access to River Street, Bay Street, City Market and the Historic District, this location is hard to beat. The property was very clean and is well furnished. The Old Pink House, 22 Square, both great restaurants, are within a short walk. A new find for breakfast, Henry's, is also a short walk away. Head across Bay Street to Rocks on the River at the Bohemian for a cocktail with a great view of the riverfront.
This condo is located in a busy, commercial area. That said, expect some level of noise at times. We experienced some minor noise, none more than expected however. The sleep conditioners provided were very helpful. We even ordered one on line for home before we even departed Savannah. Thanks to the owner for providing them. Nice touch. We'll definitely consider this property again on our next trip to Savannah.

-Cleaning fee is $100. Refundable deposit is $250 and check is never cashed.
-Holidays and special events are charged at in-season weekend rates ($299) and have a 4 night minimum.
-Please note that any stay over a Friday or Saturday night is a fixed amount per night for first three nights.
-Two night minimum for weekday stays allowable in most cases.
