About The Owner

Our family loves traveling to Costa Rica every year. We have an onsite property manager in Costa Rica to help with check in and all of your travel needs.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2004

While vacationing, my family enjoys outdoor activities, not just sitting on a beach and watching the surf. Costa Rica is one of worlds top Eco-Tourism destinations. Some of our most memorable vacations are in Costa Rica. Whether we're sitting in the hot springs under the waterfall watching lava shooting from a volcano, watching the sunset over the Pacific while having a cocktail atop the mountains in Villa Calettas, white water rafting down the river in Manuel Antonio, or surfing at Jaco beach, we're always having fun in Costa Rica.

What makes this condo unique

While you can see Jaco beach from our balcony, the serene beauty of the Costa Rica mountains sitting by the pool is a welcome departure from the hustle and bustle of downtown Jaco.

We are located in one of the top billfishing locations in the world. We will gladly arrange charterboats for both inshore and offshore trips in boats that we personally vouch for and know. In addition we can arrange and direct you to the best tours and activities in the area such as canopy tours, whitewater rafting, jungle tours, quad tours, diving and snorkeling trips, etc.
