Welcome to our authentic Inter-Continental Getaway in the heart of the greater Tampa area!!! The first of many features you will notice as you enter this getaway is the amazing Lake Front views from every room. At all times you will be able to relax.

The community features an amazing clubhouse which contains the following: Grand Sitting and Reading Area Inside, Lake Front Pool and Sun Bathing Area with an out-door shower, Lake Front Gazebo with Grilling Area, Fitness Center which looks out onto the lake, and a Pool Room as well.

We also have full size Tennis Courts and an In-Door Racquetball Court.

Our great location allows you to easily jump onto Interstate 75, Crosstown Expressway, U.S. 301, and Highway 60 and in no more than 10 minutes you have arrived to downtown Tampa, Ybor City, Channelside, Bayshore, Hyde Park, Bush Gardens, and just about anywhere you would want to be!!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property from mid-November through the end of December. The unit was clean, well - maintained and gave us exactly what we wanted. It was very pleasant living on the lake and the location was convenient for my needs.

We would definately rent a similar property again in the future and highly recommend it to others interested in short term rentals.

I stumbled upon this property by accident. I was so thrilled that it had everything I needed, all I had to bring was my clothes and groceries! It had a very nice view. Washer and dryer in the apartment, internet, cable. The property managment was great. I had a problem in the apartment, went and talked to the manager and it wasn't 15 minutes and there was someone at my door ready to take care of it. Anything you might want was right there within a 5 mile radius. Pharmacy,walmart, Mall, Theater, resturants and a team of guys on the corner that do an awesome job detailing your automobile! Would highly recomend these condos.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

Traveling the Tampa for work, I stayed at the apartment for 4 months. From the moment I arrived, I didn't have to worry about a thing. They made my stay very easy. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here.
