You are only minutes from downtown Charleston when you stay in this beautiful townhome. It is located on Ripley Light Marina and you are only about 10 miles from the nearest beach. Relax and enjoy your stay as you watch boats enter and leave the marina from one of the many balconies, walk to California Dreaming, or take a quick drive to historic Charleston.
The townhome was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend! It provides everything you need with plenty of space. I would highly recommend this townhome and will be back!
The owner is also extremely helpful and quick to respond to calls or emails.
The condo was clean and as presented in the listing. The manager was cooperative and quick to answer our questions. The best part was the convenient location which provided easy and quick access to all of the sites. We also enjoyed the view and the walks we took around the marina. The unit was perfect for 3 couples. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths accomodated us well. The elevator and garage were a plus. The lving area and kitchen were comfortable. We liked being able to walk out on the small balconies--the view was terrific. We would have liked a table for dining instead of stools around the kitchen counter, but the pluses far outweighed and we would recommend the condo.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this very clean, comfortable, spacious, and airy townhouse. The kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook a low country boil. And the elevator was awesome!!!! So nice to have a 2 car garage.
The location is perfect if you are going into Charleston often, its an easy 5 minute drive.
Lots of great restaurants in the area: Jestine's, Virginia's on King, Edmunds Oast, and the best salad place, Verde (on King St).
We took both our daughters and their husbands to the South East Wildlife Expo for the weekend from Raleigh/Cary, NC. This is a very nice townhouse in an excellent location. Literally 5 minutes to historic Charleston and all that fun stuff. Walk around the marina right out the front door or walk to dinner at California Dreaming. The elevator is awesome! Just unload everything from the cars and send it up. We would give it 5 stars except for a couple things - The unit smelled like cigarette smoke really badly when we arrived. Fortunately the weather was nice so we opened all the windows and doors and were able to air it out sufficiently. The bed in the master bedroom was horrible. I almost slept on the couch instead. Overall This is a great spot and would go back.
Nicely appointed, clean and convenient to Charleston(not walkable) and surrounding areas. Photos in listing matched amenities(except for the photo of the bridge). Kitchen was fully equiped to cook for a group of 7. Plenty of restaurants and a nice Harris Teeter grocery within 3-4 minutes. Especially convenient if you are exploring the plantations and other "SC Lowland" areas to the south. Parking for two cars inside and curbside in front. Elevator was handy with groceries and gear. WI-FI worked well.
Great for access to downtown and Folly Beach. Great for groups. Clean, open and attractive. Big kitchen and living room area. Indoor elevator for those that can't walk up stairs.
