Comfortable and spacious only 5 years old. En-suite baths to all 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 2 twin). Living/Dining. Kitchen and 2 bedrooms at treetop level. Large Deck overlooking Parrot Cays. Minutes on foot to great beach.

Shared dock only 500 ft. away, to cruise the cays, fish, dive and snorkel. Five minutes by golf cart to the historic and picturesque settlement and magnificent harbor of Hope Town. Internet, cable, CD, DVD, VHF radio and gas fired BBQ provided. Fully air conditioned plus ceiling fans to all bedrooms and living/dining.
