Christmas week and January 5 - 31 still available. Sit back on the balcony of our condo at the South Seas Club and enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful Marco Island. Our condo is part of the South Seas Club, a beautifully maintained and landscaped 55 acre gated community. Just walk out of our building and you are steps from the large pool and wonderful beach. Ten tennis courts, boat docks, and a fitness center are also available at South Seas.

While on Marco Island you'll enjoy collecting shells and watching for dolphins during your wonderful strolls along the four mile beach. Quaint shops, wonderful restaurants, a movie theater, and grocery stores are all right on the island. Championship golf is just minutes away. The boutiques and restaurants of Naples are just 20 minutes away. Boating, water sports, and fishing excursions are all available at the beach.

Our condo has been recently updated with fresh painting, new carpeting, bedding, and newer tile. The condo has a master bedroom with king-size bed and bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with new mattress sets. There is also a convertible bed for additional guests. We have fully-equipped the condo to meet your needs.

Marco Island is the perfect place to go to escape the cold, relax and re-energize. We are sure our condo will become your home away from home in the middle of this Southwest Florida Paradise!

This is a lovely condo in a beautiful complex! We stayed here for a week in May, 2012. Wish it was two weeks! Condo is well-equipped with everything you need! (especially loved the boogie boards and beach toys and chairs!). We are a family of five and found is location to be outstanding! Tigertail beach is right outside your door! Just a short walk (beautiful, by the way) and you are at the glistening water! We found full sand dollars, starfish, a baby octopus, and more! It's a nature lovers paradise for sure! And in May the condo complex is quite empty! Very quiet and peaceful! Owner is so easy to work with.....thanks for a most wonderful vacation on Marco Island!

We just returned from our week on Marco Island and had a wonderful time. The condo was very comfortable and clean. Loved the pool and sun deck around the pool. The beach was a little bit of a walk from the pool area to get to the ocean, but we definitely didn't mind it and certainly needed the exercise after all the wonderful food we ate on the island. This was definitely a shell hunter's paradise. We had a ball shelling and came home with lots of "treasures". The condo owner was great to work with and always promptly answered any questions we had extremely helpful. We would definitely rent this unit again. Location was perfect! Absolutely wonderful vacation!! Thank you.

Perfect holiday in Marco

We booked this holdiay at very late notice, but even so the owners were very helpful and made the whole experience very easy. The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures and we felt very privileged to wake up every morning to sunshine and a view to die for. The condo is very clean and comfortable, and everything was there that we would have wished for. The surrounding areas such as the pool and beach are very clean and very well cared for. I would recommend this property to anyone and we really did not want to come home and cannot wait to go back.

Our stay at this condo was very enjoyable. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom, living room and balcony was so peaceful and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the living space was accommodating; there were even games, videos and reading material for your leisure time in the condo. Very clean too! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to come down and visit Sunny Marco Island.

Beautiful Condo On Beautiful Marco Island

This is a beautiful condo on Marco Island. We spent mornings on the balcony overlooking the gulf with our coffee and laptops, the days golfing at world class courses around Naples, and late afternoons relaxing on the beach watching the dolphins and wildlife. The only word to describe our vacation was spectacular!

The condo is well equipped and very clean. It has very comfortable and high quality beds and is tastefully decorated. There is a washer and dryer on the floor. The condo owner is easy to work with and provides everything you need. We will definitely rent this unit again.
