A true home away from home

We stayed for over 4 weeks, and truly enjoyed the condo. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of idshes, serving pieces, and pots & pans that allowed us to cook anything we wanted. The living room area is spacious and well appointed. The Hawaii-themed tiles in the shower were fun. All of the decor was very tastefully done and easy to live with. The lanai was nice, and we ate out there frequently. It was nice that the owners provided beach towels, boogie boards, a cooler, snorkel gear, etc for our use. The BBQ area for Sea Village was great, they have 4 nice "Q's" and we seldon had to wait to use one of them. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Great Vacation

My boyfriend and I came for 10 days right before Christmas, the weather was amazing! He had never been to Hawaii before, it was hard to get him to leave. The condo is in a great location, close to town, as well as, an amazing view of the ocean from the Lanai. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much, they were right next to the ocean! The condo had everything we needed from snorkeling gear to fishing supplies, which we used a great deal. We caught fish right off the rocks in front of the pool area! Everybody was super friendly in the complex and very welcoming. Over all we had an amazing trip relaxing and drinking Mai Tai's at Don the Beachcomber. :) The condo is our new favorite place to stay in Kona.

Nice Place

We just got back from a great trip to Hawaii! Our stay at Sea village was nice. The owners Randy & Cheryl gave us alot of useful information about where to shop etc. Their place was clean & had pretty much all we needed for our stay. It would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom as being with another couple we like to watch different shows and there was only one TV in the living area. The bathrooms were a little warm so sometimes it was hard to stay cool when trying to get dressed after a shower. Overall it was a nice place to stay. We would recommend staying here but just be aware it is not totally air conditioned although they did have a portable unit in the living room that cooled it down some. We have heard that many places in Hawaii are not air conditioned but the 2 weeks we were there it was pretty humid and muggy. Great vacation for sure!!!

We loved Sea Village 3203! The unit is super spacious, bigger than some of the others units in the building (we know this because we went and saw an open house in at Sea Village). We are a family of five, and this condo felt spacious to us. The pool and hot tub are right by the ocean, so we can hear the crashing waves as we hung out at the pool. The location of Sea Village is extremely central to everything. Only 3 mins by car to downtown, 20 mins to the airport and a stone's throw away to any of the beaches in the area. We had such a wonderful time, mainly due to our very comfortable condo. The only thing we did not like was that the king size bed in the masters bedroom was a bit soft-that's really personal preference though. We are used to firmer beds. My kids did not want to leave when it was time to go; in fact our four year old burst into tears when he realized we were check out of the unit and leaving. The owners Cheryl and Randy are extremely accomadating and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
