3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Convertible bed(s), Sleeps 8

This colorful condo has ten foot ceilings for that spacious open feeling. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom . The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a huge walk-in closet and a balcony overlooking the pool area that gets wonderful sunsets almost every night The other two bedrooms are nicely furnished with bright Island colors. The dinning area has seating for 6 and a granite bar with 4 stools. The living room has a coffee table, chairs, flat screen cable TV, DVD, disc player and a queen size sofa sleeper.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials-nice dishes, pots and pans, wine glasses, dish washer, micro, blender, coffee maker, toaster. The unit has three tvs and it's own washer-dryer and a shared pool. We rent by the week- the month and some shorter periods. we except credit cards and pay pal. E-mail us with the dates you are interested in staying and any questions. We hope you come stay and enjoy our condo as much as we do.

It's big 1200 sq-10 foot ceiling nice deck off the master King bedroom-and each bedroom has it's own full bath, the design is so up scale.

Gary's condo is absolutely wonderful! We had a group of 7 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Everywhere we went was in walking distance, and the beach was only 5 minutes away.

The kitchen came fully equipped with all of the appliances that we needed, and not only that, but there were several extra blankets and pillows.

I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone who is looking for a nice get away! Gary is such a nice man, and was willing to help us with anything.

simply wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at Gary & Mary's place! It is a perfect convenient location soooo close to the new beach access boardwalk.

The home is gorgeous, modern and beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable with plenty of space and we're a family of 5.

Also, having the stackable washer and dryer gave us the chance to keep clothes, towels and bedding constantly clean. We actually came home with clean clothes ready to be put into drawers!

Thanks Gary for everything and working out all our Wifi needs !

we want to come back!

The best of the best!!!

This condo is the best! It is very clean and well decorated. It looks as great as the pictures! It has 3 large bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. The property was well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided.
The location is perfect! Everything was within walking distance. We rented a car, but rarely used it. The beach, which was also very clean, was a short 5 minute walk. We walked to a different restaurant every evening. We always felt safe on the streets. Everyone is SPI was very friendly, including Gary. He returned my calls/emails the same day I sent them. He made sure everything was perfect. In fact, when our rental car battery died, he came over within 10 minutes to give us a jump!!!
I HIGHLY recommend this condo. We where there for a "girl's week". We are five 30-40 year old woman that wanted a relaxing vacation, and that is exactly what it was. I wouldn't have changed a thing!

The condo looked exactly like it was advertised. It was super nice and very homey. Plenty of room for everyone!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
