The beautiful décor has wood floors throughout, interior French doors, and a formal dining room with a tangent ocean view. Unit has private front and rear entries. Washing machines and dryers are on site for your convenience. An excellent vacation rental to have fun in the California sun!

I was in Santa Monica on Business and found this apartment to be of a very high standard. Almost everything I needed was in the apartment which was extremely spacious and clean. The site manager was extremely helpfil and always available when required.

The apartment complex is situated just off the coast with the centre of Santa Monica approximately 20 minutes away on foot.

Some of the amenities mentioned were missing from my apartment (toaster, DVD & Stereo system) However they were not required.

I would defiantly stay again and I highly recommend the complex for anyone visiting the area.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Great location, very helpful staff. Unit was very spacious with new furniture and a fair price. Having a garage space was great. Only suggestions including have some wall hangings would add to the attractiveness of the rooms. Also the bath and kitchens needed updating.
Overall positive experience.

Quiet and Clean

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The apartment was perfect for what I needed.
Plenty of space for 1 or 2 people to stay comfortably for an extended stay. Clean and updated.

Beautiful views from Palisades Park, just outside your door.
A nice walk down to restaurants, shopping, the pier, and the beach.
Even though this is a busy place, the neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would gladly return to stay here on my next visit if it's available.

Cool place by the beach

Stayed here just recently. They had just bought new furniture so the place looked really nice and new. I’m a real beach person so it was cool to be able to walk to the beach whenever I wanted. I stayed here with a friend and there was enough space for people to visit & hang out. Internet was a big concern for me because I needed it for work and thankfully there was wifi. Nice place, I would recommend it.
