A very large 5 building villa compound (approx 8,000 sq. feet) overlooking the par three 7th Green of Cap Cana's prized Jack Nicklaus golf course, Punta Espada, where the PGA Champions Tour has been held for three (3) years. There are Southeastern views of the ocean and Trump Farallon Mountain to the West. The 5 buildings consist of the main building with a large Great Room (Living Room, Foyer & Dining Room), Large gourmet kitchen, 2 en suite servants quarters and laundry/utility room and a half bath. One of the servants quarters is available for extra staff and contains bunk beds and air-conditioning. The other servants quarters is home to your very own live-in maid. A cook/ nanny/ butler/ driver, as well as additional servants can also be obtained if needed.

The other 4 villas are en suite master bedrooms. 2 of them have 2 Queen Size beds.

Villa / en-suite Bedroom Outline:

One has two bunk-beds with full/double size lower beds and a bathtub shower. The remaining villa is the grand master bedroom with a living area with a pull-out sofa sleeper and direct views of the 7th Green and Ocean.

In the center of the property is a private gunite swimming pool, oversized Gazebo and then a gunite Hot Tub and large deck overlooking the 7th Green and Ocean to the South. The property is situated on a 20 foot bluff so the views are panoramic while providing privacy at the same time.

The grounds were customized with ramps to allow for wheelchair accessibility around the villas, pool, gazebo and hot tub deck.

A four seater golf cart is also included (as well as the live-in housekeeper).

This house sits on the prestigious and exclusive Jack Nicklaus Punta Espasa golf course. The resort is 30,000 square acres. You can chip onto the 7th Green from the backyard. Cap Cana also boasts the largest inland Marina in the Caribbean.

The beach is soft white sand and the current is suitable for a relaxing swim. There are a dozen terrific restaurants on premises.

We love going to the Ocean-View Golf-Front Cap Cana Oasis Villa with our family and friends. We average about 12 weeks annually at the villa with our three young girls. Accordingly, it is maintained and upgraded as custom HomeAway from home, second-home; rather than a mere rental property. We often fantasize about relocating from the Hamptons' to Punta Cana. We know the resort and area very well.

Why Gary Bierfriend chose Punta Cana

It's the Pebble Beach of the Caribbean but much easier to get to with more reliable weather :) ... The flights from NY are 3 1/2 hours and the resort is ten minutes from the airport. The convenience of being in the Caribbean in a pristine area is incredible. We are overlooking Jack Nicklaus' 'Signature' Punta Espada trademark Bear Paw Hole (7th Green) with Ocean views on the horizon. It's a quick five minute scoot over to the private beach club on our fun golf cart in which our eldest little daughter drives us. The staff is wonderful and the weather is great year-round.

100 Las Palmas (near the corner of Punta Espada Blvd) is located on a small bluff overlooking the 7th Green of the Jack Nicklaus 'Signature' Golf Course inside Cap Cana Resort. It is a five minute drive via golf cart (provided) to either the golf clubhouse, The Golden Bear Spa or the Caleton Beach Club (inside Cap Cana). It is a five minute car ride to Juanillo Beach Club, the Marina or Sanctuary Hotel (all also located inside Cap Cana).

It is a 10 minute simple ride to Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) and Punta Cana Village. It is a 20 minute drive to Bavarro and the indoor/covered shopping malls (Palma Real, San Juan Mall, New Stadium Seating Movie Theaters, Off Premises Excursions, etc).

Other Activities: Beach, Golf, Deep Sea Fishing, Dune Buggy's, Horse Back Riding, Restaurants, Catered Dinner Party's. Ideal for large family and friends gatherings and golf groups/ foursomes, etc.

We are back, and missing the house and location already. Thanks again! The nanny in particular was incredible -- highly recommend her for young kids. We definitely hope to be back, perhaps as early as later this year (with a larger group). No more all-inclusive resorts in our future.

Hi Gary! It’s bittersweet to be back home and back to reality.
Here are our comments…
- The website, pictures and videos are beautiful but still don't capture how beautiful the place really is in person. It was nice to have the wow factor when you first walk in, the kids screamed and ran for the pool, the adults stood in awe of the main room and the premises - Beautiful villa, location, decorations, all so lovely!!
- Alejandro very attentive and helpful, transition from/to airport was very smooth and stress-free
- Luz was one of the best parts of our vacation – clean everything without mommies/grandmas having to spend vacation time cleaning/washing/drying/picking up; she always had a smile on her face and a lovely Spanish song coming from the kitchen; loved being greeted by Luuz, fresh squeezed juice and cool refreshing face towels
- We loved how close the villa was to the excursions (zip line, dune buggies, Hoya Azul) at Scape Park.
We are so glad you offer your villa. Your attention to detail made our vacation one of our best ever!!

Pleasant Surprises! Great Mattresses! Linen Snob..

There were many small things that pleasantly surprised us and made our stay feel more luxurious. Specifically - great mattresses - everyone complemented how comfortable they were and some of the ladies even took notes on the brand/style to replace their own, quality of towels and sheets (I'm kind've of a linen snob so I was in heaven :-), multiplied toilet paper, having soap, shampoo/condition and toothpaste if needed-- nice touch, surprised at the quality of blow dryer and totally did not expect a hair straightener. Loved that all light switched labels so we knew what were hitting, ample hangers.

I stayed in the master suite (lucky me!).

We all brought power strips w/ us to charge all the devices...there was one already in the master, but perhaps on in each room.

As for the kitchen, common rooms/ spaces... just lovely, from the decor to the quality / style of product.

We all commented that someone in your family was VERY detailed oriented and organized, it made it very easy to become comfortable.

Overall, just lovely and very very comfortable.....nicely done!!!!

Clearly you can tell you love the place by all the TLC and thoughtfulness.
Now I just have to find another group of friends to come on down ;-) Again, thanks so much for everything. Truly a special memory.
