3. The house was built in 2004. The apartment is bright, friendly furnished, has parquet floor and everything to make you feel comfortable like free Wi Fi, dryer, dish washer.

When we arrived Jorge did not meet us at the apartment as was our arrangement. His name was nowhere to be found at the location and it was only through the kindness of a neighbor that we were able to enter and locate the actual unit within the apartment building. My husband then had to leave and find a payphone in order to call Jorge who then told us where to find a key. There was no soap of any kind, trash bags, or toilet paper. Though the apartment was clean the bed had only a comforter and no regular sheets. There were no instructions as to wireless internet, washing machine, etc. and our phone calls to Jorge in this regard were not returned. This apartment was a disappointment compared to other VRBO homes we have rented.

Great communication with owner before stay - great directions given. Four men stayed here for Oktoberfest - chose to take taxis to town, but loved area near apartment - would definitely stay here again and recommend

Beautiful, bright, airy, cheery apartment that is in a fantastic location and a good neighborhood close to Olympiapark. We had an absolutely wonderful time here and are so grateful for the opportunity to stay!

Thank you very much to Nikola & Jorg. Our stay at the Apt on Volkartstrasse was excellent and we recommend it to any future visitors. The owners were most accommodating to our early arrival & departure times, which was a huge relief. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, it had all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. The best features of the apartment were proximity to a tram stop and corner grocery store and delis, both which made our stay more convenient and relaxing.
