The living room and Master Bedroom have French doors that lead out to the balcony and span the entire condo. Guest bedrooms have their own bathrooms and TVs. Hardwood floors throughout, and covered deck has seating for six to relax after a long day on the beach and take in all that Folly has to offer! Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 TVs, stereo, DVD player, cable, wireless internet , brand new washer/dryer, Master Bath with garden tub, bar and ice maker. Pavilion Watch has reserved covered parking, conveniently located elevators, a clay tennis court, pool and an outdoor hot tub. Beach access is located across the street from the condo, and landscaped with brick pavers - it's a tropical feel walking to the beach! I have beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and a small cooler. It'll be a vacation you won't forget!

The condo is great and just as pictured. The owner & manager were very helpful and accommodating. We will stay here again. It was great being able to walk to restaurants & the pier. The only caution is two of the bedrooms are sensitive to the bar music on Weekend nights. I'd recommend a white noise app to compensate. We will definitely return for another stay.
We absolutely loved the condo at Pavilion Watch. It is in a perfect location, within walking distance to anything and everything you want to see and do in Folly Beach, and has an amazing view. The ocean view is completely unobstructed and the deck is the perfect place to sit and read a book, enjoy a drink, people-watch, and just hang out and relax. Anytime you look at an online propoerty listing, you always have to be wary of the pictures; but the pictures of this property were absolutely spot-on. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend this condo to anyone vacationing in Folly.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and had everything we needed for six adults to be comfortable for the entire week. The kitchen was very well-stocked and we had all we needed to cook several meals in-house throughout the week. The deck, as previously mentioned, was perfect in every way. And the multi-room sound system was awesome for playing music in any combinations of rooms and/or the deck. We could connect our phones and simply press a couple of buttons, and the place was filled with music. It really is a very nice touch that enhanced our vacation.
For the couple of very minor questions we did have (e.g., quick question on the sound system, request for a couple more towels), they were very responsive and super-friendly. We are already planning our next visit to Folly, and will definitely be staying in this same property. Having stayed at both Tides Folly Beach and Charleston Oceanfront Villas multiple times in the past, we are lucky to have found this condo which - without question - surpasses both of those. Folly Beach is a perfect place to vacation and this is the perfect place from which to enjoy it.
There were 6 adults & we had plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked & better than any other condo we have stayed. Everything looked like it had been freshly painted. Lots of great seating on the deck overlooking the ocean. Fun people watching & dolphin watching. Just walked a block to downtown area, restaurants & other fun places. Doreen was great to work with.
Your place is beautiful and conveniently located near the beach and downtown. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. And the balcony was great-we had most of our meals out there. The condo had everything we needed for the week-truly a home away from home. Thanks for the incredible week!
I recently rented this spot for a birthday weekend with my friends. I have been going to Folly for years and have stayed at my fair share of places from the Tides, to condos, and some of the many houses. This is by far one of the best places I've rented. The pictures are absolutely spot on but leave out some features that make this spot truly amazing. The indoor lighting for nighttime is great for a romantic atmosphere as well as a party atmosphere. There is complete surround sound indoors and out. I was able to hook my own ipod up to the system as opposed to pulling out the bulky speakers I usually carry in order to have music. The view is amazing and if you enjoy people watching from the balcony this is the place for you. The view of the ocean and pier is great. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook your own meals even though you should definitely take in any of the available places within walking distance for food, music, and cocktails. The condo was clean and had plenty of parking. I will definitely stay here again. It's the perfect location and within walking distance of everything that makes Folly Beach so special.
Beautiful condo with good view of the beach. We spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony enjoying the beach view. Great location. There are numerous restaurants within a couple of blocks. Charleston is close, so we also went sightseeing there. We all loved it.
Enjoy the most desirable beach located in South Carolina! My luxury condo offers the best beach location on Folly Beach. Local restaurants, shopping, roof-top night life, coffee shops, fishing piers, ice cream parlors, water sports and more! Take a kayak tour with the Parks Department or one of the local companies and discover Folly's beautiful estuaries and rivers. Don't forget to visit the Morris Island Lighthouse.
