This beautiful new house (built in 2005) is located on hole 7 of the Mountain Golf Course. Our home is tastefully decorated with ALL NEW furniture.

The inside of the house has just been painted with environmentally friendly non–toxic paint. The house is located at the Indian Palms Country Club. On the Mountain course facing the mountains for stunning sunset views. Tons of windows for a bright light open feeling.

About The Owner

My husband and I have been married for 10 years. We have been coming to play golf at the Indian Palms Country Club for many years and always admired the homes on the golf course. We thought it would be a wonderful place to enjoy with our family and friends.

Why The Owner chose Indio

We think this location of this property has one of the best views on the entire golf course –prior to buying this house we would always comment that this should be the signature hole simply because of the stunning views.

What makes this house unique

The open floor plan is outstanding for entertaining. Gourmet Kitchen provides all necessary tools for wonderful dinners. New 55” LCD TV with HD Cable for movie night. Enjoy golf course and sunset views after playing 18 holes.
