I take a lot of pride in my property, the condo is well equipped, I am always improving, cleaning, making it more like home for my guests enjoyment.
Location, Location, Location, not only is condo close to beach, ocean and numerous walking trails, it is located on outer edge of condo complex away from Pacific Coast Highway, you wont feel closed in or hear a lot of traffic noise, it is an upper unit which means more ocean breeze, light, privacy, views and no noise from unit above.
Everything has been perfect! It certainly is location, location, location! You really are right across the street from the magical Pacific Ocean!!!! You have created a haven! It is lovely in so many ways. How great to have the convenience of the washer and dryer. Anxious to check out the beach and pool! You have thought of everything to please your guests.

We stayed at this condo in august 2014. It was a very last minute decision because of bad weather in the carribbean. Coleen was very accommodating and we were thrilled with our stay there. The condo is very clean and a great location. We hope to visit again. Cindy & Mike
This is a truly lovely, immaculate, well-stocked condo in a perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the beach. The condo is tastefully decorated with a beach cottage theme that just makes the experience all the more delightful and relaxing. There is covered off street parking close to the unit - a real plus in any beach community. Walking trails abound out onto the point, to the beach and into the village. And YAY for the funicular - the free tram up from the beach. The 4th of July occurred during our stay and we got to enjoy many fireworks displays all along the coast to the northwest--and did not have to drive anywhere. Coleen was a joy to work with and we truly hope to return again in the years ahead. This condo rates "a find."
Thank you for sharing your condo with us. Everything was perfect, from the ocean view on the comfy patio to all the accessories included in the condo. It has given a completely different mindset of hotel vs condo.

This condo is exactly as stated: clean, comfortable, and everything you need. The location and amenities are exactly as described and above expectation. The owner’s attention to the small details made our stay extra enjoyable. We enjoyed the balcony off the dining area getting the afternoon/western sun. Everything inside has been upgraded and redone: beautiful floors, windows, kitchen, toilets, washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, granite counter tops, new barbeque grill, everything! This is a walker’s paradise and we walked everywhere for 2-3 hours each day. We had maps but the owner provided other tips and ideas. Strand Vista Park and the Strands Boardwalk are just beautiful, quiet and serene. There are four paths down to the beach. Don’t miss The Dana Point Marine Life Refuge. You just walk up the hill and take the trails over to the Marina. Dana Point has lots of city parks to enjoy. We loved the Baja Fish Tacos on Crown Valley Parkway. You can eat in or take out and the fish tacos are the best. Coleen provided excellent customer service with maps and details how to find the condo, the parking, etc. She was responsive to all of our questions. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.
We had a wonderful vacation in Dana Point. The condo complex is right across the street from the beautiful Strand Vista Park overlooking the ocean. It was great being able to walk to the ocean. The condo is also close to many hiking trails and the harbor. Perfect location!!
The condo was extremely clean and contained everything we needed for our beach vacation. We appreciated having beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers and ice packs for taking lunches to the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped; plenty of plush bath towels in the bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable. Very convenient having washer and dryer in the unit.
