OCEAN VIEW, WALK EVERYWHERE, VERY NICE UPPER UNIT, SLEEPS 2-3 GUESTS, FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, NEW MATTRESS'S 2013, 40' HDTV, HIGH SPEED INTERNET, BEACH GEAR, BBQ, INSIDE LAUNDRY, ONE COVERED CARPORT, WELL MAINTAINED. $950.-$1,850. Weekly Rental Only, $140. Clean Fee, $500. Refundable Deposit. Many advertise walk to beach but this is really just steps to beautiful Salt Creek and Strand Beach. Excellent for swimming, surfing or long walks along the shore. Restrooms/showers on the beach, Seasonal Tram. Upper Unit offers light, privacy & views. You will wake up with the feeling you are at the beach. Quiet Neighborhood. Disneyland 40 min drive, Sea World, San Diego Zoo 1 hour, Laguna Beach Art Festival 15 min. Dana Point Harbor just 20 min walk around the corner. There are endless activities or just come to unwind and watch the sun set in the west. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, OCCUPANCY LIMIT PER CONTRACT. Rates quoted for party of two. Mid Week and Holiday Rates Are Higher. Owner is a California Real Estate Broker if you have questions on the area just ask.

Location, Location, Location, not only is condo close to beach, ocean and numerous walking trails, it is located on outer edge of condo complex away from Pacific Coast Highway, you wont feel closed in or hear a lot of traffic noise, it is an upper unit which means more ocean breeze, light, privacy, views and no noise from unit above.

Wonderful Stay in Dana Point

We had a wonderful vacation in Dana Point. The condo complex is right across the street from the beautiful Strand Vista Park overlooking the ocean. It was great being able to walk to the ocean. The condo is also close to many hiking trails and the harbor. Perfect location!!

The condo was extremely clean and contained everything we needed for our beach vacation. We appreciated having beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers and ice packs for taking lunches to the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped; plenty of plush bath towels in the bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable. Very convenient having washer and dryer in the unit.

Thank you Coleen for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We hope to stay with you again!!

What a great location in Dana Point - close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and the PCH! The condo is clean, very quiet, and comfortable - with the added bonus of a washer and dryer - it has all the comforts of home. We will be back for sure!

We decided to spend our vacation on the Wast Coast of the USA in a place between San Diego and Los Angeles because we planned to do daily trips by car. Dana Point is the right location for that and also a very beautiful area which gives you the opportunity for different kind of sports. The apartment is fully equipped and we missed nothing for a comfortable stay. And if you need support with organizational things then you get it promptly, many thanks Coleen. We did not regret our choice in any case. Es war wirklich toll, jederzeit wieder.Thanks alot.

This was a great place to stay, and we are very happy with our choice!
The condo is neat and organised, very clean, well stocked, We've enjoyed having everything we've needed.It looks even better in reality.The location is just perfect, close to everything: the beaches, tourist destinations, San Diego, LA, Anaheim, San Juan Capistrano Mission, parks, restaurants, etc.
The condo is decorated very nice, it has a cottage feel, the colours and furniture are very relaxing.
The owner, Coleen, is a pleasure to talk to, and was available at all times for all our inquiries.
We strongly recommend this property, it is a great choice to spend a nice vacation!
We can't wait to come back!

Quintessential Southern California Beach

The condo itself is very well maintained and well stocked. The grounds of the condo complex are also nice. The unit is only a short walk from the beach and the beach itself is one of the best in southern california - the water is clean, the beach is not crowded, the waves are as good as anywhere around. Enjoyed our time immensely. We had one smal glitch when we arrived in that cable company had done something to singal - the owner got this corrected immediately. Dana Point was a pleasant surprise - not a lot of commotion or traffic. I highly recommend this and will almost assuredly rent this again when I have the chance.
