DESIGNER RENTAL BY THE BEACH - UNIT B (3 BEDROOM)

This apartment is phenomenal. The location is great with a very short walk to the ocean. We had never been to Folly Beach and I had no idea what to expect. We were quite nervous simply because we didn't know whatthe word find. I was drawn to the pictures of this property and again, I had reservations simply becase we weren't familiar with the area. I wondered how it would be staying in an apartment so close to a market. Immediately upon arrival we realized there was no reason to be concerned. It was simply an added convenience to the location. We walked everywhere.

The property is definitely kid friendly (although I wonder if the people below us felt that way with our three year old jumping around.) the decor is fantastic and has inspired me to redecorate my own home.

If you are definitely coming to Folly but are on the fence about where to stay don't hesitate. This is the place.

The only drawback was one bathroom and one TV. That was only a drawback for us because we ended up watching a lot of Disney Jr when we weren't at the ocean. The single bath isn't a big deal as it was just us. It might limit some from sharing the property with another family. But it is worth getting over it and staying here.

We rented this house for a long Memorial Day weekend/wedding in the area and it was perfect! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping on the island. Above all, the was immaculate with a lot of modern updates and amenities. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Folly Beach.

It was everything and more as shown on the website. We loved the place and are planning a trip back in the fall. We loved all the people we met at Bert's and Folly Beach. The owners were the nicest people and so helpful. The place was clean and so comfortable. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We enjoyed riding our bikes everywhere. It was nice to be in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We loved the new place called The Black Magic Coffee Shop. Great breakfast, smoothies and coffee. The people were also very nice. We liked Rita's and The Lost Dog. Food was great at all places. We cooked a lot so we did not try all of the places. We can not forget Tokyo Crepes. Awesome! It was really nice that Bert's had some organic food for us. If you are into wines, make sure you talk to Bryan at Bert's. His suggestions were incredible. I have already recommended this place to many of my friends.
