It's absolutely QUIET , yet has great freeway access, and a mall across the street....but no noise!! Also, here, 1/2 mile inland from the ocean; the weather is more SUNNY & WARM than being right on the coast, which can get cool and damp...the weather is sunny earlier in the day than right on the coast. The close, convenient freeway onramp, 3 blocks away makes it the ULTIMATE in convenience,as the Interstate 5 is the north-south corridor that runs from the Mexican border to Los Angeles. Therefore, convenient access to all of San Diego's coastal areas
Sunny location:you can leave the French Doors open all day....with sheer curtains, the cool ocean breeze blows, in and out . NO BUGS either!! Here on the coastal strip, we use ceiling fans....we don't need air-conditioning). The weather here on the Torrey Pines Mesa is sunny and mild. We use practically all natural heating and cooling in this townhouse.
We did enjoy our La Jolla week.
We did many things around, it was a great momentum for the whole family.
You have been extremely nice, before, during, and after our stay. Hopefully you didn’t have too much cleansing of the house when we left.

We enjoyed the use of Marilyn's Condo. It is well cared for with lots of greenery. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare and serve meals. The location is great not far from the beach and easily assessable to I-5.
Our damage deposit was returned promptly.
the location is excellent, my kids enjoyed the pool area, garage is important in a city like San Diego. We easily accessed everywhere we wanted to visit. Beaches are just few minutes by car. I was studying in UCSD and my family on vacation, so it was perfect for all of us.
The rental is exactly as in the pictures! The owner was we accommodating with us. It was a record heat for the area and she supplied us with everything we needed right away. The location to us is unbeatable! We had two little ones with us and to have all the grocery stores and options directly across the street made things a lot easier on us. In the development was very very quite. The pool was very nice also. Not very busy which is a plus for us! Would absolutely use this rental again and again!
We have stayed many times in the San Diego area but this condo is the best location we have ever found. Each of us has his own needs but we wanted to be between the city and the North Coast for family reasons. This condo is easily accessible from the 5 and also from the La Jolla village and Shores. The major plus was the immaculate cleanliness of the place - new linens in some areas, great and meticulous instructions on equipment, fully furnished for guests with beach towels, toys, etc. and access to heated pool and great quality tennis courts. A wonderful home for us with our 4 yo grandson last week! Owner is also very personable and accommodating!
We had a wonderful time on our trip to LaJolla - the townhouse is in a perfect location - convenient to every kind of shopping imageinable - just a few short minutes to the Village - very nice pool area which we used every dfay - Marilyn made sure that we were taken care of and everything was in good working order- I would recommend it to anyone and everyone !!
The house is so beautiful and well maintained.
The neighborhood is very safe, quiet and convinient. The big shopping mall and restaurants are within walking distance. Easy access to the highway.
There is a patio where my kids loved to play tea party when we had warm weather.
The owner, Ms. Marilyn, was very nice and so helpful. Due to unexpected low temperature in this winter, we had a problem with heating. Ms. Marilyn immediately resolve it by adding a new powerful radiator. We enjoyed staying at this lovely townhouse so much and definately want to come back!!!!!!!
