2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 4, heated pool and tennis court

Comfortable condo in a new gated community with heated pool,gym and tennis court. The living area of 1050 sq ft has a modern open floor plan and furnishings are new. Washing machine and dryer are in the condo. In 2013 kitchen (granite, appliances, lights), bathrooms (granite, sinks) and patio have been renewed.

Improvements are made to the condo every year.

The neighbor takes care of the guests in a remarkable way. You really feel welcome and have always somebody to answer your questions.

Downtown Sarasota, as well as Bayfront Park with Harbour can be reached within 5-10 minutes by car. The white sanded beaches of Lido Key and Siesta Key can be reached within 15 to 20 minutes.

Great central location, extremely well provisioned, clean and comfortable. Very easy to get to golf courses, beaches, shopping, downtown (with its live theater and opera), the Y, baseball, the circus, ....just about anywhere in or near Sarasota is just minutes away. The condo even comes with 3 bicycles; and Sarasota is a bicycle-friendly city. The condo is clean, comfortable and comes with all of the cooking utensils you'll need to make anything from quick meals to gourmet feasts. If you need anything at all, Jeff the property manager is nearby and always helpful. And when you're too tired to go out and enjoy Sarasota, the condo comes equipped with great high speed internet and a premium cable TV subscription. We didn't use the pool since we joined the nearby Y (which is a great facility and very reasonably priced). Our stay in this condo proved to us that you don't need to be on a beach to really enjoy Sarasota.

This condo was in an ideal location ......close to the downtown, all the gorgeous beaches and wonderful restaurants. The condo was clean and updated. The local contact, Jeff, was available if needed and very helpful. My husband and I had a great stay in Sarasota and would like to rent this again when we return.
