We would like to offer our Summit County condominium for your use during your stay in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Since this is maintained as our "second home," you can be assured that it will be very accommodating for your stay. You will be hard pressed to find a better family-friendly, spacious lodging for the price in such a world-class resort area.
This condo has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Additionally, there is a loft with a twin over full bunkbed plus another twin bed. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the family room, so this condo can easily sleep ten people. In addition to adult sleeping, there is a port-a-crib in the loft and a high chair in the kitchen for your little one! Take advantage of our fully-equipped kitchen, or dine-out at a variety of restaurants. Please, No Pets and No Smoking!
The condo is only minutes from the best skiing in Colorado!! Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin Ski Resorts are all accessible by FREE shuttle. Vail, Beaver Creek, Winter Park, and Loveland are also each a 30 minute drive away.
Our location has it all. There are many trail heads within walking distance with year round access for hiking, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing. If it's shopping you enjoy, the Outlet Mall is only two miles away. If the scenery and the activities are not enough, our complex has a beautiful and modern clubhouse (built new in 2003). You can enjoy the pool, three hot tubs, racquetball, work-out room, sauna, pool tables, ping pong, arcade games, fireplace, and social area. The large upstairs social area with complete kitchen is available to reserve and rent to groups for parties or family reunions.
We believe our condo is the best value in Summit County! Our condo was completely remodeled in September 2004. New carpet was installed throughout in January 2006! Check out the beautiful pictures below!
