Long Weekend in Park City

Condo is well appointed, clean, and just as advertised. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. The location of the Caledonian could not be more convenient to skiing, shopping, and dining. Walk out of the front door and you are on main street with shops, dining, and bars. Walk out of the side door and you can rent your skis. Walk out the back door and you are literally steps away from Town Lift.

Kim, the Owner and/or Manger is a good communicator and responds quickly and thoroughly to any questions and requests.

Highly recommended, I will stay here again.

This was my second stay in the "old town" section of Park City and it exceeded all expectations I had. The unit was very clean, comfortable and the location could not be beat. We were within walking distance to everything and the building management could not have been nicer or more helpful. The free taxi service didn't hurt either. I would highly recommend staying in this unit if your are ever looking for superior accommodations at a very reasonable price which is a ski in ski out location. This unit simply cannot be beat.

Fantastic Place

I just returned from a 3 day stay at Kim's condo in the Calendonian and while I was a little disappointed in the lack of snowfall over the weekend I was very happy with our accommodations. The place is immaculate. The finishes and the woodwork inside the unit are beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked and even includes some staples (spices etc.) which is very refreshing. The beds are very comfortable and a friend who slept on the pull out sofa said it was by far the best he's ever used (and he a chronic complainer). The common areas in the building itself are well maintained and very clean. All these features are combined with the fact that the location of the Caledonian CANNOT be beat. Walk down the hall and out the door with your skis and the town lift is staring you in the face. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are right outside the front door. On top of all this the owner, Kim, could not be a nicer, more pleasant person to deal with. I look forward to returning sometime next year to find that snow that I missed this year. Thanks!

It's pretty easy to tell that I take great pride in my Caledonian condo. My bi-annual hands-on steam cleaning of my condo coupled with my awesome housekeeping team keeps my unit sparkling. I'm happy you liked the Intelligel mattresses and that even the sofa bed mattress was comfortable for your friend. Great Condo - Great Location

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in Park City, and it all came back to our accommodations at the Caledonian. Perfect for our ski trip with the Town Lift only steps away from the door, and great for its central location amongst all of the restaurants, shops and galleries in Park City. Everything we needed during our trip was available in the unit and Kim was more than helpful with information prior to our arrival. Will definitely be back!
