Enjoyed our Stay!!

We enjoyed our visit and made the right choice renting this villa. The reservation process was easy and professional. The villa was clean, spacious, quiet, and had a great layout. Everyone had their own comfortable bed and were well rested for each action packed day. Loved the elephant lamps in the master bedroom!!! The pool was clean and refreshing and our kids loved it. Having it fully screened in was an added bonus. The overall grounds were well kept, safe and everyone we encountered was friendly. The codes for the gate and villa entry worked great and eliminated the need to keep track of a key. The distance to Disney Theme Parks was shorter than anticipated and we had no traffic issues whatsoever. There was a good variety of restaurants and shopping nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Thank you for everything!!

We found the place with no problem, it was perfect, clean,warm and inviting. Our vacation was great. We enjoyed the pool everyday after visiting Disney which was very clean and well kept, it made for a relaxing end of day. The location to Disney and surrounding shopping was good and easy to get around, We went to the long horn one night and would recommend it for a good steak. The grounds were very well kept and each evening we enjoyed stroll around the lake.
The unit was very clean and had lots of room, it exceeded our expectations. Anil and Meena were very helpful and had a wealth of information for us (thank you)
Thanks for a great vacation, I am sure you will be seeing us again soon.

All The Comforts of Home

My husband and I are from just north of Pittsburgh PA and spent the first 3 months of 2012 in this home. First of all, let me say that we have already booked it for the same time period next year. I think that pretty much says it all, but I won't stop there. The home was immaculate when we checked in. There was everything we could ever need in the kitchen.....for three months, that is saying a lot.

Some of our kids and grand kids visited and all 4 bedrooms were used.....not an uncomfortable bed in the place. The private pool was heavenly. Even when the grand kids were not there to amuse me, I spent most afternoons in it.

The management company is on property, so if there happens to be anything that needs to be fixed, they are there quickly. One month into our stay, I noticed that the filter for the water dispenser on the fridge needed to be changed.....within an hour...we had a new filter. They actually made us feel like we were their own special guests and that they were there to take care of us. We have stayed at other places in Kissimmee in the past, and never have we been so pleased.

The home is 1 mile to McDonalds and Houlihans and 2 miles to Target, Sweet Tomatoes, Olive Garden, Applebees and Bahama Breeze to name a few. It is maybe 10 to 15 minutes to the Parks depending on traffic.

The Wengers made the whole process so easy and have been extremely accommodating. If you are looking for a home away from home for your vacation, you need not look any further.

Great Experience!!!

I recently stayed at this location with my family over the Christmas holidays and was very happy with the experience.

The town home was roomy, modern and extremely clean. All the basic necesities were there and that which we needed was easily found just a mile or so in either directions on Irlo Bronson.

I will definitely return and will recommend to friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
