Made initial inquiry thru VRBO, and emailed back and forth with Donna @ Condo Hotel Marketplace. She was the only one here on VRBO that promptly replied back within 24hrs (if not sooner). Our dates for our trip were all over the place trying to consider 8 people's schedule. Donna was great in getting us availability and pricing on all of our potential dates...We finally nailed down a date and secured with her 2 adjoining JR suites in Tower 1. She is very thorough in the details on the rooms/property/check-in processes/parking etc. Our trip went without a single hitch. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern, well kept. Plenty of towels, linens and pillows for our group of 8. The 10 minute walk (covered indoor moving walkways) to MGM Grand for casinos/restaurants is not a big deal at all, even in our drunken stooper back to the room at 3am.
I do suggest that you read the "agreement terms" when you book, there is a lot of information on there, information that IF you do NOT read, then you would have complaints for not knowing certain information, but the information is clear and stated.
The goals for our trip were to get a group of 8 friends together that have known each other for 25+ years, The Signature had adjoining rooms that could accommodate up to 8 people and be able to stay up all night catching up together, along with drinking and snacking etc...and still be located on the strip. This perfectly met our needs.
