3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 9)

Our Three Kings Condo is a five minute walk to Park City Ski Resort (or one minute free bus ride (next stop) and White Pine Cross Country ski track (which is the Park City Golf Course in the summer) This is a great location for family walks, bike rides; and a 5 minute walk to an alpine slide, alpine roller coaster and zip line (operational summers). This is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps up to 9 people. There is a new gas fireplace, new gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, complimentary underground parking, barbecue gas grill, and a Jacuzzi and swimming pool with changing room with showers in our clubhouse diagonally across the street. There is a Free local bus property side which provides access to: historic main street, Park City Ski Resort, Starbucks, grocery stores, liquor store, video stores, outlet malls, galleries, Deer Valley, Canyons and top rated restaurants.

Three Kings, Park City Old Town North, Park City, Utah, USA (35 Minutes from Salt Lake International Airport) -- Our Three Kings Condo is a five minute walk to Park City Mountain Resort (Summer-Biking Trails, Alpine Slide ,Alpine Roller Coaster and Zip Line,Winter-Downhill Skiing; the Resort is a one minute free bus ride (next stop) and the Park City Golf Course (becomes White Pine Cross Country Ski Track-Winters). Better than advertised

The first thing that I have to say about our experience started with the owner, she was easy to work with and was just as easy to get hold of when we had a question. The unit was exactly as advertised but she left out one major thing, you really do NOT need to drive to Park City Mountain Resort, it makes it easier but you could walk with ski boots on very easily. The unit was well maintained and clean, it was well stocked and for the eight of us staying there it was perfect. I would stay at this place again without looking at any other places.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

guys ski trip

The condo was a great fit for the 5 of us. We had planned to go out for dinner, but ended up cooking at the condo on most nights. It was easy to do with the grill on the patio. We had 2 sixteen year old boys who came and went when they wanted to, they did not have to wait for the "old guys". We all enjoyed the hot tub on most nights. Shiron and Kambiz had everything we needed for our stay. They are wonderful hosts. Would definately choose this place again if we are able to return to Park City.
The condo had plenty of space to store all the boots and skis inside for the night.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

WOW - wonderful condo for a clean, comfy and cozy vacation. This condo had everything needed - plenty of towels, blankets and a fully stocked kitchen. The owner e-mail a few days prior to arrival with instructions regarding parking, entry. We did have one question after arriving and she responded immediately. This is a true ski in/ski out condo with plenty of room outside the front door for making snowmen with the kids :) We will definately try to rent this condo again with our next Park City stay!

Great Location - Walk to the ski lift

What a great vacation! This condo was a gem. After skiing you walk around the corner and you are at the condo, 75 yards or so. It was a wonderful ski vacation. I will definitely try to rent from these owners again.
