Welcome! Enjoy city living in our stylish, garden level one bedroom condo. Along with the one bedroom there is also a den and office area. It's an ideal space at 791 square feet. Big by Vancouver standards! Our condo has a townhouse like entrance/exit from the kitchen so walking to many destinations is quick and easy.
For your convenience, there is:
An in suite washer and dryer.
A recently renovated kitchen that is very well equipped with everything that you need. All appliances are in excellent condition.
A large walk in closet in the bedroom that has plenty of storage for your suitcases/clothes. The queen size bed has a 4 inch memory foam topper. We have a 37' wall mount tv for your viewing pleasure. An iron and mini ironing board are provided.
A recently renovated bathroom which has a separate soaker tub and shower. A blow dryer is supplied.
A 40 inch wall mount tv in the den with a DVD player.
Secure underground parking with two gates, and a secure bicycle storage area within the underground parking.
Cable and wifi.
A grocery store is half a kilometre away!
Our Walk Score is 95 (walker's paradise), our Transit Score is 85 (excellent transit), and our Bike Score is 83 (very bikeable)!
The trendy area known as South Granville is at your doorstep. Walk in minutes to Granville Island (see the link below) and the Seawall. The 7th Avenue bikeriding path through Vancouver is just outside the door. All sorts of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and art galleries are just around the corner (see the link below). The Stanley Theatre is a few minutes walk up the street. The area known as the Armoury district is a short walk of just a few blocks. Great shopping for the home can be found here along with lovely places to eat (see the link below).
All modes of public transportation are very easily accessible. There are many places to rent a bike within blocks of the condo.
Vanier Park hosts Bard on the Beach each summer. This is a fifteen minute walk and also an excellent location to view the Celebration of Light fireworks, or to simply enjoy the kite flying and ocean breezes. Just beyond is famous Kits Beach with its tennis courts and outdoor pool.
Downtown is just across the bridge: walking or catching a water taxi is quick and easy. Transit to UBC is very close by. Vancouver General Hospital is a ten to fifteen minute walk. The area known as Cambie Village is a fifteen minute walk. There you will find Whole Foods and more great shopping and restaurants.

We live in the Fraser Valley and love going into the city to experience all it has to offer. We enjoy parking our vehicle upon arrival and not using it until we have to go home. Walking to almost anywhere is a pleasure! This location truly offers the best of everything.

A very central location to enjoy Vancouver. A car really isn't needed. Because our condo is in False Creek/West Fairview/South Granville, walking to Kitsilano Beach or even downtown is not a problem.
The apartment is in an ideal location, close to Granville Island market and well connected to the downtown area as well.
It is spacious, equipped for every need and is in a quiet and secure complex.
The owner is the perfect combination of friendly, helpful and non-invasive.
I would happily return for another visit.
What more could one want?
This property met all of our needs from size, location, cleanliness, ease of access to shopping, downtown and restaurants. This is our 4th time visiting Vancouver and our most enjoyable. We loved the neighborhood and felt completely safe walking around day and night. We were able to walk to Granville Market to pick up food, grocery store is also within walking distance and the shopping on Granville St was great. The owner was very gracious in providing us with needed kitchen supplies to make a Christmas dinner for our family. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.
This condo greatly exceeded our expectations having experienced Vancouver accommodation on three previous occasions. This particular ground floor unit is part of a gated complex which has a three road frontage. It also has a monitored alarm system which is an added bonus. Very close to Granville Street and walking distance to many boutique shops, also walking distance to Granville Island market place. No need for a car as a regular bus system down Granville Street takes you to Canada Place and Gastown in no time at all and for just $2.75CA. The owner is very pleasant and we certainly want to stay here again when next in Vancouver. This one ticks all the boxes.

We stayed at this condo to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Ramona met us at the condo and told us about the area. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location! We were able to walk to many places, and we especially enjoyed Granville Island. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely rent this condo, when we are in the area again.
Walking distance to Granville Island, shopping and restaurants. Grear biking locatio. Excellent customer service by Ramona. All you could ever need to use is in the kitchen. Very clean and comfortable.
The Canada Line takes you to and from the airport. The closet station to the condo is just 1.5 km's away. Granville Island is a few minutes walk away, as is the Seawall.
