Your villa was so lovely and comfortable. So clean and you guys are so thoughtful we felt so welcome there. Of course we could not keep Shae out of the pool or us either for that matter. The little touches you provide were so thoughtful it feels like our own home. So close to Disneyland and the park was a big hit. Great shopping and resteraunts but who needs to eat out when you can enjoy a lovely meal in your wonderful villa. Will definetly send all my friends there.

Awesome home where great thought and care given to making this your home away from home. Total of 9 in our family, with 3 seperate groups. Plenty of room for all. We all felt very comfortable with plenty for both adults and young ones to do. Thanks so much for sharing your home. We look forward to returning with round #2 and #3 of family when youngest grandchild of each family reach 6 years of age. The Troupe Family

Amazing!

I can't say enough about this wonderful home and the amazing owners. It was impeccably clean and welcoming. There were so many amenities that we didn't have enough time to enjoy them all. The layout of the home gives plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. I was even more impressed with the care and attention provided by Lisa before, during and after our stay. We had plans to stay at another place in Tampa after Orlando. When that place turned out to be a disaster Lisa went above and beyond to let us return to the villa for another few days until her next booking. She then helped me find another home for our family for a the remainder of our time in florida. She helped save our vacation. We will definitely return to our new home away from home in Florida.

Amazing Vacation Home

Wonderful family vacation and could not have asked for anything more! Lisa and Mark are great to work with. The kids had a blast and lived in the pool for 7 days. When not at Disney they were in the pool. Even when it down poured one afternoon. The house was well cared for, very clean, and felt just like home. Definitely will be coming back! Thank you for an amazing 2012 family Disney vacation!

Sunshine Villa Orlando has many fantastic amenities that you won't find everywhere else, one thing for sure is our extra large southwest facing pool, attached spa with waterfall feature that is not duplicated !!!! The whole family enjoys this outdoor living space with new outdoor living furnishings, designed loungers, comfortable 8 person seating for dining al fresco and for dad a brand new BBQ. Mark and I can't wait to have you back again ... see you soon :D

Amazing family getaway

This villa has something for everyone. First and most important, the house was immaculently clean, and offered ALL of the comforts of home. The kids loved the game room, XBOX and pool. My husband enjoyed the multiple televisions throughout the house, and that we were close to many different golf courses. I enjoyed being able to snuggle up by the pool to read my book while enjoying the peace and quite of the residential neighborhood. The layout of the house was great as my husband and I were traveling with our 20 year old son and 8 yr old daughter. Each of the kids as well as my husband and I had plenty of space to do our own thing without getting in each others way. Mark & Lisa were easy to reach. As a matter of fact, we e-mailed back and fourth throughout our week stay. Lisa was great at answering each and every question that I had before we landed in Florida and while we were there. We spent 4 full days enjoying the Disney Parks and a full day at Sea World. Each park was less than a 20 minute drive from the villa and very easy to find. The kids and I ventured out on our own one day (while my husband was golfing) and headed to Clearwater, FL to visit the Clearwater Aquarium home to "Winter" the Dophin from the movie Doplhin Tale. This was one of the things that our youngest wanted to do as she has been following Winter on her webcam since she watched the movie over a year ago. She wrote a report on the visit to the aquarium and the animals that have been rescued for school upon our return. When you do visit Florida and stay in this amazing paradise.....make sure to have a meal at Charley's Steakhouse. It's a little pricey but their aged steaks are out of this world! I will recommend this villa to all of my friends & family. Thanks Mark and Lisa for sharing your beautiful home with our family.
