About The Owner

We are in the building and development business in Tulsa. Our property is immaculate and very well maintained. Mechanical services are available. We own another lake property nearby and will be available if needed.

The Owner purchased this house in 2005

We enjoy water sports, golf and the dining opportunities available. Grand Lake is one of the largest lakes in Oklahoma, scenic views, multimillion dollar homes and boats surround the lake, one hour twenty minutes from Tulsa,

What makes this house unique

Quiet, spacious surroundings, activity nearby to keep busy if desired, great jogging & walking areas. The new 12,000 sq. ft. Club House at Shangri-la Golf Resort will be opening late Spring of 2011. Shangri-la Golf Course has been completely remodeled and is beautiful!

Absolutly beautiful!

The house was perfect. The furniture is great, the beds are so comfortable, and the TV's are fantastic. If you have young kids, they will love the personal TV's in the bunk beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and pan you could ever need, and not with the cheap stuff either. The deck and outdoor fire place are where we spent most of our time.
The house is very close to everything - it is so conveniently located to golf, groceries and the boat dock. We can't wait to go back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
