In the heart of the Northfork wineries, beaches and shopping. Wine, dine, boat and swim. Less than a mile to the beautiful exclusive Nassau Point Beach with playground, facilities, lifeguard and volleyball. Beach passes provided for parking.

Charming Nassau Point home with a large fenced yard and newly refurbished swimming pool. Four bedrooms: one queen, one full, and two small bedrooms (one with a twin bed and one with twin size bunk beds - perfect for kids). Two full bathrooms: one with a shower and one with tub/shower. Comfortable living room with big comfy couch and dining room table for six. Kitchen equipped with stove top, dishwasher and microwave. Large fenced yard including patio with gas barbeque and pool furniture. Perfect for pets and kids. Washer/dryer in the basement.

Centrally located, visit the Hamptons, Montauk, Greenport, Shelter Island or Orient Point. Close to Splish Splash water park, Atlantis Marine World Aquarium, Tanger outlet mall shopping, 42 Northfork wineries, and antique shopping.

About The Owner

My husband and I purchased our beachhouse when my daughter was first born. We didn't know much about the area but we loved being in the middle of the wine country and at the beach at the same time. Fast forward to seven years later and I think we were so blessed to have found this wonderful place. The North Fork has all the amenities of the Hamptons but without the nasty traffic and the overflow of people. Its a very casual place that is perfect for a summer vacation or weekend.

What makes this house unique

Located just a short distance from the Nassau Point Beach in the Peconic Bay you will enjoy warm and calm waters that are perfect for swimming, kayaking or boating. For kids, there is also the Splish Splash Water Park, Atlantis Marine World, the Carousel at Greenport, the Whaling Museum, horseback riding, wildlife sactuaries and minuature gold not to mention the Harbes Family Farm for hayrides,fresh produce and family fun. Located in the heart of the North Fork wine country, there are 42 wineries to visit. As well as outlet shopping at Tanger Outlet in Riverhead just a few miles away. 4 Golf courses in the area as well.

Half of the rental amount must be received to hold the requested dates. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Rental amounts are not refundable but we would be happy to reschedule your visit in the event you would like to change dates.
$4,000 for the month of June including Memorial Day Weekend ($2,000 weekly) - $8,000 for the month of July ($2,500 weekly) - $10,000 for the month of August ($2,500 weekly) including Labor Day Weekend - $20,000 for the summer season (Memorial - Labor Day Weekend)

We've rented this house for a 2 week period for the past few years. It is a very comfortable and well situated house with a pool right outside the sliding door. Our kids loved it and were happy to spend all day in the pool. This is not a luxury rental, and I think the prices reflect that. But it is clean and comfortable and great for families and dogs. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful with everything. A lovely place for a long stay in the summer.

This is a beautiful spot and we have rented this cottage for 3 or 4 years during the summer. The pool is wonderful as are the grounds and we have always had wonderful vacations. The owners are incredibly helpful and responsive, just a pleasure to deal with. The house itself is fairly basic but with small children that makes for a very relaxed holiday.
