Casa Roggio is a restored former farmhouse facing sunny southwest. The detached house has a rambling terraced garden and is situated on the edge of a small and very quiet hamlet of four houses. It is only twelve km away from the sea, and the towns of Andora and Alassio with their summery bustle can be reached quickly by a road in good condition. The drive leads up to the house, the car park is 30 m away.
