House is recently renovated & tastefully appointed with comfortable furniture & antiques. Deck with awning provides a quiet retreat for family gatherings & view of the ever-changing marsh and wildlife. House has central air conditioning for your comfort and a convenient first floor bedroom and bathroom. Lower level is finished & includes a TV & game table & chairs for additional living space. Second floor has two bedrooms (one queen & one with twin beds) and full bath. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is minutes away from shopping & restaurants in Orleans either by car or bike path with bridge over Route 6. Cape Cod Bay Beach is 1 1/2 miles away & roughly a ten (10) minute drive to Nauset, Nauset Light & Coast Guard Beach for the avid beach goers. Shed for storage of tenant's bikes & beach gear. AVAILABLE JULY 13-20, 2103 $2,600.

Well manner dog on flea & tick preventative will be considered by request. Pet deposit of $200.00 is required.
