Not one 'Owner Submitted' Review. Each one is from a valued guest who took the time to share their Lake Ouachita Vacation experience with you.

This Condo has a unique layout. Very Nice, especially the master suite. Not another one like it.

This spacious condominium has ample room, fireplace, lake and wooded views, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals including flour, cornmeal, sugar and canola oil. The dining area has seating for four to eight people comfortably. The living room has a very comfortable sectional sofa, comfortable chair in front of the cozy fireplace and large flat screen TV with DVD player. We will even leave age & gender appropriate movies upon request for your viewing pleasure. The screened in porch with twinkle lights has seating for your entire family. Along with a soothing water fountain. There are even canvases for the winter so you can sit on the warm and toasty porch sipping coffee in comfort while watching eagles fish in the cove. There is not a condo next door so you have complete privacy. We have both a gas and charcoal grill for your convenience (propane provided). It has a laundry room, with full size washer and dryer and even comes equipped with laundry detergent and fabric softner.

This fully equipped home even has foam rafts for the pool, ice chest on wheels, pool games and water noodles. It has a spacious and elegant master suite with a very comfy king size bed along with a TV and DVD player. TV can be viewed from the large Jacuzzi tub. Our guest room has two comfortable queen size beds with both TV and DVD player. There are even black out panels which teens love.The room stays dark, cool and comfortable all summer long.

We even have slips for your boat that are safe, affordable and convenient to all the condos.

These are the only condominiums located on this beautiful 50,000 acre lake. This unit is within walking distance of the lake where you can park your boat and walk to your condo. This unit is within walking distance of the pool, Turtle Cove Spa, Workout Trail and hiking. We have it all.

About Sami Grace

My earliest memories are of fishing, swimming and water skiing on Lake Ouachita. Spanning 66,324 acres of land and water, it is not only the largest lake in Arkansas but is a location of choice for water fun, wildlife and beautiful trails within the Ouachita National Forest. When I first came to Mt. Harbor in '58, I was the youngest of 4 children. Without TV, video games, cell phones or any of the electronics kids have available to them today; our time was spent enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.

Those carefree days are behind us now but the memories reoccur often. I hope each of our guests enjoy the Mt. Harbor experience. I hope you're making some of the same memories I have and that you and your loved ones will come to love Lake Ouachita as I do. Warm memories of family and freinds are the best kind and I trust your time with us will invoke those in you. Our family and staff are here to serve you and your loved ones. We invite you to share our home on Lake Ouachita and, as always, we welcome you.

Simply Amazing

I was so sad to leave and come home. From the moment we entered the unit we were enamoured - from the layout & furnishings to the decor, atmosphere and clean aroma...Sami really pays close attention to details and making you feel as if you are one of her own. The condo was not only lush for comfort, it was equipped with everything we needed for culinary, dining, grilling, & relaxing.

We arrived Friday evening to a welcome sign with our name. The condo was lamp lighted with the kitchen water feature and a goody bowl of treats for my kids. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and screened in porch with the twilights and the additional water feature on the screened porch. We launched our boat and tied it up in the cove for the weekend just steps away from the condo. The kids fished different times throughout the weekend from the banks of the cove. They played on their iPads via the Treehouse WIFI - it supported 3 iPads & a computer without any problems. From the condo, we road our ATVs through some of the most amazing trails and got to see so much wild life and magnificent views of the lake from the Villa we rode to. The kids played basketball at the courts by the pool while adults relaxed. There were also a bunch of board games in the Treehouse that we played at dark.

Deer were everywhere - we literally saw at least 50. The treehouse is set up in the trees at such a level that you could watch birds & squirrels very closely in their habitat.

I can't say enough about how much we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Treehouse!

THIS PLACE WAS EXCELLENT FOR MY FAMILY OF 5. SPACIOUS, CLEAN, AND SAMI DIDN'T MISS A SINGLE DETAIL. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH NICE PERSONAL TOUCHES. IF YOU ARE PLANNING A TRIP TO LAKE OUACHITA, THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY!

A Beautiful Getaway!

This condo is amazing - we wished we could move it!! Surrounded by trees it really did feel like we were up in a treehouse far away from the world. Every amenity was provided - snacks, soaps, custom-made welcome sign, etc. showed how much Sami cares about her renters.

As for the condo itself, the deck was wonderful and relaxing and so were the sofas and chairs (cushy!). We cooked a few meals and every dish, container, spoon, fork, knife, spice we could need were in the kitchen, it was just like being at home.

The fall weather was beautiful and the surrounding areas by the condo were just lovely. I recommend this place 150% - I wish I was there right now!

What a great weekend!!

This may well have been the best weekend get-a-way of our lives. Thanks to Sami, Lake Ouachita, and a near perfect condo. Sami obviously cares about the needs and wants of her renters. The welcome note, the snacks, the chilled bottle of wine all made us feel immediately welcome. This condo is even better than the photos! Thanks Sami for the recomendation. We would definitely recomend your services to anyone.

Great condo!! Nicely decorated and so comfortable. Everything we needed was right there. Sami was great to work with and available whenever we needed her. The boys got to fish on beautiful Lake Ouachita and my husband and I enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful screened in porch. Honestly, I didn't want to leave that porch! We will definently come back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Michelle, Thank you for this review. I appreciate each and every one since I know how busy peoples lives are. I'm glad you enjoyed the porch. It is wonderful in the Winter also. We have a little heater out there and with the canvas it gets quite toasty. I've seen eagles eat on the tree right next to the porch. 4 Wheeling here in the Winter to the top of Hickory Nut mountain is magical. I hope you get a chance to experience our National Forest in the off season. It's simply great. Please don't hesitate to call anytime. We offer super deals in the Fall, Winter and Spring.
