Two large pools and recreation center are just a few minutes walk away. Easy access to many restaurants, shops, groceries, and spa. Professionally decorated, fully equipped 2 bedroom / 2 bath courtyard villa with screened in lanai. Three sets of sliding glass doors allows plenty of light and access from the master bedroom, living area and dining area to the villa’s wrap-around privately enclosed courtyard. Dining room seats 6 and eat-in kitchen seats another 4. Master bedroom has spacious bath, walk-in closet, and flat-screen TV. Guest bedroom has access to its own private bath. Everything you need to make this your “home away from home” is provided.

We rented this villa for my daughter and her family for a Christmas vacation. It was exactly as described. The property management staff was exceptionally helpful and very professional. The home was immaculate and everything they could possibly need was provided - including coffee pot filters! We will certainly do this again.

Excellent Stay and home

I took my grandduaghters and dau-n-law with me on a trip to The Villages. We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. Very well maintained and a very quiet area. Close to everything. I highly recommend this home to anyone.

This home has everything that you need to enjoy your visit to The Villages. My family now knows why I am excited to get moving.

My granddaughters got right out there and danced all night, they did not ever make use of the pools.

Thank you again to the owners of this home, it was truly a great visit!

Well maintained and beautifully presented

We stayed at this property for nearly two weeks in August. The property was well maintained and beautifully presented. The booking was extremely easy and the person we dealt with (Vilas) was very helpful and accommodating, which helped to make our stay even better.

The Villages are a hidden gem (particularly for the 50+ age group) and has something to offer for everyone.

Will definately come and stay again and would certainly stay in this villa again if it was available.
