Welcome to our spacious two bedroom, two and one-half bath villa located in Sea Pines Plantation. The villa is in a serene and tranquil setting bordering the famous Harbour Town Links golf course, one of the most distinguished PGA courses and home of the Heritage Golf Tournament. We are also a short walk from the Sea Pines Racquet Center which is under the direction of U.S. Olympic Men’s Coach and former U.S. Open and Wimbledon Champion Stan Smith. Sea Pines Racquet Club has grown into a premier resource for enthusiasts of the game.
A beautiful pool is just outside our sliding glass back patio door, and a leisure path for bicycling, running or strolling is a few steps from our front door. The lighted paved paths will take you to—the beaches, Heron Point and Ocean Course golf, the interesting shops, light house, entertainment and restaurants of Harbour Town, the nature preserve, Lawton Stables, the picturesque South Beach Marina, and the famous Salty Dog restaurant. In addition, in season, a trolley will transport visitors to the Sea Pines Beach. The interior is attractively furnished, well equipped, comfortable and meticulously maintained. We never permit smoking or pets in our villa, so the atmosphere inside is crisp and clean.

My husband and I honeymooned in Hilton Head 37 years ago. While other villa/condo units have become run-down, the owner of this unit in Heritage Villas has remodeled and made his unit even better. It is everything he says it is, and more. There is a beautiful kitchen with new countertops and every cooking item and small appliance needed. Between the foyer and kitchen is a huge laundry room. W/D, dishwasher and microwave seem new, or work like new! The fridge has an ice maker which works quickly. The dining area comfortably seats six and is beautifully decorated. The living area has a nice wide-screen TV, and a shelf below the glass coffee table with all the newest activity and restaurant guides. Be sure to look at the Restaurant guide which shows menus and happy hour/early bird special hours. If you can take advantage of an early bird special, there are some great deals. We enjoyed dinner at the Chart House, which has returned to it's new location on the Island. We enjoyed a very great special there which included choice of soup or salad, entree, and one of their fabulous desserts (mud pie is a favorite). Other places we enjoyed were Alexanders,
the restaurant at the new Plantation Club, which is just gorgeous and has a fantastic wine list. The Old Fort Pub and Truffles were great. We did not have a chance to eat at The Crab Shack, a favorite of ours in Sea Pines. The owner is spot on with all his recommendations for things to do, see, and where to eat. Sea Pines is such a great location because you have everything you need there. I personally have to see all the shops around the lighthouse when I go. Our weather in October was perfect, a lot less humid than summer but warm. Being in the end unit is really great. You have private parking around the corner at the end of the building. It's also very quiet and clean. All that the owner tells you is true and more. Having soft, better-than-hotel quality sheets already on your bed and firm nice pillows is wonderful! The towels are so sumptuous, they are like those of a 5-star hotel, and the bath amenities of shampoo, wonderful-smelling soap, toothpaste and even plenty of toilet paper was so nice to have. There was also a hair dryer in each bathroom upstairs. Payment was very easy directly with the owner, and he will gladly tell you anything else you'd like to know. We'd like to come back next year for TWO weeks!
The condo was very clean, comfortable and wonderful location. Close to harbour town and beach!!
I have been vacationing on Hilton Head my entire life and have stayed in other Heritage Villas previously. This unit was exceptionally clean, is in an ideal location within walking distance to Harbourtown, and made for a wonderful vacation for my family. I will be recommending this villa to all my friends and will certainly be staying here again next year!
The property itself was in great shape, and located close to the pool for easy access. Very clean, great amenities (beach chairs, boogie boards, charcoal, beach towels, shower accessories, etc). I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking, and would definitely stay here again. The access was easy, the code-locked door made not having to use keys very very convenient!
The only cons that I can think of was that there was construction going on in the condo that shared the same wall as the master bedroom. The construction company next door did wait until 7:30-8:00AM to begin, but on vacation sometimes its nice to lounge in bed and relax. The price of $800-$900 is about half the amount of what you will pay for similar units, so the price made up for the minor noise.
The other minor thing, but it really wasn't too big of an issue was the bed in the master bedroom seemed old and worn out. The king sized bed had two distinct body lines where you were cradled and it was odd/difficult to roll over or move.
Overall, the owner does a great job, and this is a great property!
We have stayed here each summer for several years. It is the only "home" we know in Hilton Head. We love it! Everything is close and you never have to leave Sea Pines.
The owner was most helpful in answering questions and concerns. The property was clean. The pictures are accurate. The villa is aging, yet pleasant, in walking distance to Harbor Town. The Quarter Deck in Harbor Town has an excellent restaurant esp the upper deck for dinner. The unit needs extra cooking items, like cookie and pizza pans, casserole dishes, if you plan to eatin a lot. The price is excellent! I would stay again!
