Five of our villas Sleep up to SIX (6) people at no extra per person charge. Our Orchid 'studio' Villa sleeps two guests. The charges as shown are for the Villa and not per person.
Our one flat rate is for up to 6 people without any surprises of being charged extra. There are 'no surprise' extra fees or charges, our price per villa includes everything!
Atlantic Ocean Beach Front Villas is a unique boutique VILLA BEACHFRONT property located in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, directly fronting the Atlantic Ocean and the beach of Grace Bay Beach.
Two Villas are directly on and fronting Grace Bay Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Our two Beachfront Villas (OCEAN VISTA BEACHFRONT VILLA and OCEANS EDGE BEACHFRONT VILLA) are only about 25-30 feet from the edge of the shoreline. They are probably the closest villas on the beach and Atlantic Ocean than any other villas on the entire island. The view is SPECTACULAR!!!
Four other 'value priced Villas' are across the sandy lane and only a short 150 feet from our own Private Beach.
Should you choose to rent one of our 'Value Priced Villas' across the lane from our own beach and our other direct Beachfront Villas, access for our 'Value Priced Villa' guests to our own Private Beach is simple and easy.
Our sandy lane is a 'narrow' non-commercial sandy residential lane. It is not a busy or thorough fare road and dead ends into a cul-de-sac. There are only 7 other residential houses on it. You might not see more than 10-15 other cars travel on it in a one day period. You would cross the narrow sandy lane to go through our own 'direct beachfront property'. An exclusive patio stone walkway and path has been built for you to walk along that takes you through our properties lush Caribbean vegetation. The walk along this pathway is a short leisurely 150 feet and leads you directly to our beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean. Once you arrive, you will find sun loungers, chairs and tables overlooking the beach and ocean for you to use as you please.
All the Villas have beach access on to our own private beach and we are located directly on the beautiful turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean and beach.
A swimming pool is also available for the use of all of our villa guests.
ORCHID VILLA is a large one room studio Villa of 575 sq ft and sleeps two guests. There is a small kitchenette, but it does not have a stove or oven. It overlooks the pool and pool area. This Villa is our most 'Value Priced' Villa starting at $99 and is perfect for two persons.
The following Five Villas are all 2 Bedrooms, 2 full Bathrooms, Dining Room, Living Room with a pullout Sofa Sleeper, Fully equipped Kitchen. With the pullout Sofa Sleeper in the living room, all of these Villas sleep up to six people.
HIBISCUS VILLA is 900 sq ft and is on the ground floor. It overlooks the lush tropical gardens.
JASMINE VILLA is 1400 sq ft and is on the second floor overlooking the pool.
MAGNOLIA VILLA is 1200 sq ft and is on the ground floor walking out on to the very large pool deck.
OCEANS EDGE BEACHFRONT VILLA is 700 sq ft and is on the ground floor. This Villa is directly on the beach and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.
OCEAN VISTA BEACHFRONT VILLA is 1600 sq ft and located on the second floor. This Villa is also directly on the Ocean and overlooks Grace Bay Beach.
Our beach sand is naturally very white and a sugar fine consistency and powdery soft, as is the same with the sand at the bottom of the ocean floor. There are 'NO' rocks or sharp shells in our area of our beach.
Our beach is a continuous seven (7) miles long beach, allowing you the pleasure of a casual romantic walk along the shore, or a long jog for a good work out.
Or of course....you can do absolutely nothing, as you lay on the beach or in our beach sun loungers.... enjoying your favorite cocktail and soaking in the warm sun and inhaling the soft fresh ocean breezes.
The famous 'SMITHS CORAL REEF' is off of our shore, the coral reefs break up, subdue and soften the strong ocean waves. As a result, the ocean waters are very calm and we do not have any dangerous currents or under tows in our location, making it very pleasant for snorkeling and effortless swimming. Adults and children of all ages will love the feel of our sand and the soothing crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
We provide you with four complimentary personal sets of SNORKELING GEAR in every villa, so you don't have to bring your own or purchase any on the island.
The live coral reefs that are just a short swim into the ocean from the villas are very plentiful with live coral and teeming with all kinds of tropical fish, lobster, Queen Conch and sea turtles so you do not need to go out with a boat operator to take you to a coral reef and pay for a snorkel excursion. It's all FREE IN OUR BACK YARD.
The Turtle Cove Marina, shops and restaurants for dining or cocktails are only a short 5 minute walk from our villas. Turtle Cove Marina has an array of business' that can rent you a boat, take you deep sea diving or you can take an off shore deep sea fishing excursion. The restaurants range from casual fare food and mid range prices to upscale dining. All dress styles are acceptable at all of the restaurants.
