Seaview is an attractive 25-unit condominium association located directly on the beautiful Madeira Beach Gulf of Mexico. Seaview #105 is a spacious first floor condo situated on one corner benefiting from an extra large balcony that looks directly over the pool and onto the beach.
The association offers on-site property manager enabling for easy check in and helpful staff manning the office 7 days per week in case of any questions.
The open plan condo offers living room and kitchen facilities looking out onto the large balcony area. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge benefits from a flat screen TV and stereo system.
Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, whilst the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a single. Bathroom one offers a bath, WC and basin, while bathroom two offers a walk in shower, WC and basin.
John's Pass Village with over 150 shops, restaurants and water sports is located within walking distance from Seaview. Also close by are Buccaneer Boat Rentals, Captain Mike's Watersports, Hubbard's Marina, Fly-n-High Parasail & Waverunners, and Parrots of the Caribbean.
If you are hiring a car, you can drive to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Seaworld Orlando or Walt Disney World.
St Petersburg is a lovely nearby town worth visiting for its beautiful pier, great dining, nightlife and shopping.
So as you can see, Seaview Condominiums offers a great holiday location with wonderful facilities, great views, and fantastic nearby entertainment.

I bought the condo in 2008 - I had spent many many years as a child, staying in these very condominiums with my mother. They were such great times I always hoped to have my own place. I currently live in the UK but later this year will move to the US (California) with my family due to work commitments. My plan is to work hard enough to retire earlier in life and live in Florida.

As per above - I chose to buy this condo as I always loved it as a child. The views are spectacular and the location of Seaview is just idyllic. This is a great location whether you are looking for a family holiday, romantic retreat or extended holiday during retirement.
Condo #105 if just on the first floor and being also a corner unit, has a lovely large extended balcony - ideal for sunbathing, relaxing, BBQ'ing and entertaining. It is also very private.
I was a little leery about renting this condo because it was on the 1st floor (actually 2nd as parking underneath is 1st floor). But boy am I glad I did ! It was bigger than the pictures show. The view was perfect and the condo is beautiful and very clean. The private deck was gigantic with plenty of nice patio furniture. We spent most of our time there and at the beach. We saw lots of dolphins every day. The master bed was very comfortable but the other 2 beds could use new mattresses. It would be nice to have a luggage rack in the bedroom . There are lots of stores and places to eat within walking distance. We love the Daiquiri Shack ! Great food and drinks. The only reason I didn't give an excellent mark is because we had a lot of trouble with getting Wi-Fi. Couldn't get it at all for 2 days and then off and on after that. They were trying hard to get the problems worked out . The staff were very nice and helpful and you can tell they really care about the property. We plan on staying here again in the future. We have stayed at Seaview for the past few years, but this was our first time in 105. Absolutely loved it. The new king mattress was great. Thanks so much. We will be staying in 105 again in 2013 and are really looking forward to it. This condo was very well equipped. The cleaning staff does a wonderful job. There were a couple of questions we had for the owners and they were so quick to respond. Thank you.
