Our outstanding 5 bed 4 bath villa is situated on a South facing plot in the prestigious new Mediterranean style Tuscan Hills gated community, only a short drive from Disney. It has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday.

Our magnificent air conditioned villa is South facing so the sun is guaranteed on the pool and raised Jacuzzi. Privacy is maintained on the pool deck and creates a very special feel. For guest's additional comfort this is a non-smoking home.

The pool deck has been extended so it is possible to soak up the sun from dawn until dusk. The pool is maintained so all you have to do is enjoy playing with the pool toys or luxuriating in the spa. The pool netting is to prevent young children from falling in but can be removed. Romantic lighting and submerged pool lights turns the area into an evening full of enchantment. Not only is air conditioning provided inside, outside there is a ceiling fan under the Lanai.

For your security the villa is alarmed throughout.

The accommodation is very spacious and includes all the home comforts you can think of. The master bedroom, which has a king size bed, luxurious en suite bathroom and TV. There are a further two bedrooms with a queen and a double bed in and TV's. There is a sitting room with cable TV, a dining area and breakfast area. There is also a further two bedrooms with twin beds in both and a fully fitted kitchen with separate utility room.
