We are a couple who love the area and love to share our special garden apartment with guests. Our friendly little dog will be happy to show you around! We live in the same house but we have a separate entrance and we rarely run into the occupants of the Secret Garden apartment! Of course, we love to recommend restaurants and special places to explore..
This location is so close to everything, if you live in LA you can just take the train up and never have to drive. in our opinion, Montecito is the best place to be in this whole area, and we have lived in all parts of Santa Barbara. We call it the Carmel and La Jolla of California! It is so beautiful here. New!!! Please ask about our 2 bedroom 1 bath with art studio! Same location!
There are too many to list! To have a glass of wine and play boulle in the back yard is right out of 'A Year In Provence'. In fact, it feels very European with the furnishings and location. One of the best kept secrets is the tunnel to the beach, right down the street. It's hard to believe you are really in the heart of Montecito when you are surrounded by birdsong, owls hooting, and visually no houses to be seen because of the trees and bushes. Still, the gardener makes sure there is plenty of light to keep all the flowers and the two lemon trees healthy! Pick a fresh lemon for that lemon-drop martini- shaker and glasses provided!
