Welcome to the Madam Carroll Luxury Home on beautiful Lake Freeman (and Lake Shafer). You will enjoy panoramic lake views.

Everything that you need to have a fantastic time enjoying yourselves on the lake is here!

The home has 5,000+ sq ft living area and comfortably sleeps 15 *+ 6-10 more in party room if you bring your own air mattress. There are 3.5 Baths and 5 Bedrooms with 1 King Bed, two bedrooms with 1 Queen Bed, and 2 bedrooms that have 5 single beds among them. All bedrooms feature deluxe bedding. There is also a queen size pull out sofa and plenty of room to set up air beds for additional sleeping spaces.

There is a private sandy beach with picnic table, chairs, fire pit, and firewood. Our 23 Foot Pontoon Boat and 2 Jet Skis are available separately on site.

The home also features a huge private 1,100 sq. ft. indoor heated swimming pool with bar area and refrigerator. There are 2 Decks including our large Deck with a gas grill that seats 30 or more.

The Party Room includes indoor seating with tables and chairs for 30+ people!!! *extra sleeping area

The large heated indoor pool is 16' x 32' with depths ranging from 3' to 10' with a plasma TV. There are heated tiled floors in our sun room and in other areas of the house. Bathroom and shower available pool side. There are vaulted ceilings with skylights in our pool area and pool toys are provided.

The large master bedroom suite with king bed has a panoramic view of the lake. 3 of the bedrooms have private access to the pool area. Spacious closets!

There are 4 plasma TV's, each with DVD players, cable, and a movie library. Wi-Fi offered to guests who want to stay connected.

There is a fully equipped large modern kitchen with top of the line appliances. There are heated tile floors in our kitchen, sunroom, and bathrooms. Snack area with a microwave and a game area with games is provided.

The Great Room has a large plasma TV and full wall gas fireplace. The Family Room has a large and comfortable seating area with a plasma TV, gas fireplace, and large patio.

There is parking for 15 or more cars.

LET ME SEE IF I CAN DESCRIBE THE MADAM CARROLL HOME - VERY CLEAN & NEAT,SUPER SPACIOUS,BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF LAKE,GREAT BEACH,BIG KITCHEN GATHERING AREA, UNIQUE FUN PARTY ROOM ,PRIVATE,BIG BUT COZY, LARGE PATIO & DECK AREA WITH LOTS OF TABLES,GAS OUTDOOR GRILL,WELL STOCKED GAME ROOM,POOL TABLE,SUNROOM & BAR, 1ST CLASS FURNITURE & DECOR,LARGE FANTASTIC HEATED INDOOR POOL,VERY COMFORTABLE, THE ONLY THING I DID'NT LIKE WAS WE HAD TO LEAVE. THIS PLACE IS REALLY SPECIAL AND WILL BE A ANNUAL FAMILY GATHERING SPOT.

This will be our 2nd year returning to your beautiful property! With your new large party room, we had no problem sleeping 20. Your ownership/member program is a wonderful program since it gave us a discount on all further visits. We will keep our 1 share (unit) stock for future discounts. Bachelor Party

More, much more, than we expected! I was in charge of my best friend’s bachelor party and I wanted everything to be perfect and everyone to have a good time. The Madam Carroll property was the perfect solution. We all had a great time! There was so much to enjoy: the indoor pool, the party room with the billiards table, the game room and 3 televisions with cable. The large TV in the pool room area was especially a big hit. Thanks to the staff! They were very helpful with the booking, and with guiding us to the nearest grocery store. I can see my friend using this place next year for their anniversary!

Great Place to Stay with a Large Family

This place is perfect for a large family. It was more than what we expected. Very modern and up to date accommodations. The boat and beach made our stay even more fun. I would recommend this property to friends and family.
The only negative is that the price is a little high and/or I think the cleaning fee should be included with rental rate.
Overrall, this place was wonderful.

Family Reunion

We have rented numerous vacation homes over the years and the Maddam Carroll is by far, hands down our favorite. The home & property are amazing! Indoor heated Pool/bar/sun room were alot of fun on the one rainy day as well as the late night & morning swims. Lots of room and the furnishings are 1st class. The party room seated our whole family of 40 comfortably. The private beach has hidden treasure burried and the kids (3yrs-75yrs) had lots of fun. Beautiful panoramic view of lake freeman. The town, Monticello is a very friendly with lots of shops. SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!
