This property is backing onto Montauk Downs 4th Fairway Golf Club. It is a 5 minute drive to the village of Montauk, restaurants, beaches and bars. There is a nespresso machine and regular coffee pot. (Bring your own pods)

Ritas Stables Petting Farm is located at the bottom of Fairview Ave, only a minutes drive from the house, the kids will love it! The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, an idylic suntrap! The house itself is quite spacious and boasts of a nice roomy deck at both the front and back of the house. There is also a spacious front garden with parking. You can walk to Montauk Downs Golf Club in less than 2 mins! Montauk Downs Golf Course has a public swimming pool and tennis courts for a nominal inexpensive fee. There are 5 bicycles available for use with rental of the house 3 Gents & 2 Ladies. There is also a toe trailer available for the bicycles for toddlers! We have beach toys, deck chairs, boogie boards, kayaks & paddle board!

A legendary championship course with spectacular views of the ocean. One of the top public courses in America this course is very challenging. This Trent Jones course is built on rolling terrains with many fairways and greenside white sand bunkers and deep punishing rough and 5 waterholes. Most of the greens are elevated undulating and well bunkered. The almost constant wind of the Atlantic ocean and Block Island sound makes this course very difficult.

We loved everything about this house! The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped for preparing meals at the house plus there is a great grill on the back deck. When you are ready to eat there is a huge dining table with plenty of room for all to sit and enjoy. We went with a small group of 30 something friends for a week out in montauk and couldn't have picked a better house. There are multiple decks, the top deck with a view of the lake, and the back deck with a great outdoor couch seating area, a very large backyard, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and even a paddle board. The house is clean and has a great beachy feel. The owner was very accommodating and always available when we had questions or needed anything. I've been going out to montauk my whole life and this was a great find. I'll definitely be back.
